Teleportation will not demolecularize something and reassemble it. Data being passed through a beam of light is a much clearer representation.

The lady at drive thru is very rude..

Cheeseburger was dry and tasteless. JBC had almost no bacon. Chicken nuggets were dry and shriveled.

every single time I go to this Wendy’s is always a good experience. I’m not sure why anybody would give this place anything but five stars. Yes sometimes it is busy during lunchtime, but what great fast food restaurant is not busy during lunchtime or during the dinner rush. My food is always serve quickly at the right temperature and with a smile and that’s what matters most to me.
Ordered a Wednesday and JBC.
What happen to the bacon and lettuce…. Only a piece of onion…..

This place is terrible. Management needs a wake up call.
Last time I was there on June 30, 2025. I had to walk out. I never seen a fast food spot with so much flies. I notice the back door was open. Gonna assume the AC was not working.?.?.? Imagine all the drive thru orders. Must had flies on their food while prepping.
Must avoid until they have a stronger leader leading the only Wendy on Maui.

Awful customer service. When trying to use a coupon from the Wendy’s app the employees were very dismissive and rude. Especially the manager Reggie, I’m not sure how he was able to secure a management position with such poor customer interaction skills. To make matters worse only one worker handling food was wearing gloves. And the manager Reggie was choosing not to correct that obvious health issue. Would not recommend eating here. The place stinks of old grease, they clearly hadn’t replaced the fryer grease recently. It felt unclean in there, and all the staff were so moody and extremely slow, and there were almost no customers in there, so their slow service was completely unjustified. Wendy’s bar is already pretty low, so you don’t exactly have high expectations going in, but this was a terrible experience. Won’t be returning.

Who ever was working on july 11 today at 11:00 customer service is crazy if you simply dont like your job dont work there its so unprofessional and rude never again i want to eat at wendys because my experience was horrible.

It was 9:45 pm after a movie so I knew it was late and it might not be the best food, but I had minimum expectations. The big bacon cheeseburger combo did not have bacon on it, so we went through the drive thru again and explained the situation. All I got was a blank stare and a walk away. We sat there and she returned with a new one, same deadpan expression and not a word of apology or anything was said at all. I know it’s not typical here to complain about your food, but we just wanted bacon on the bacon cheeseburger meal. We were polite. It was okay food, but the service bothered me the most.

Waited 25 minutes for an order that was just SITTING ON THE COUNTER (out of reach for me to check). Missed my whole lunch break because she kept ignoring the one bag that was sitting on the edge. I believe highly in respecting customer service workers but with my lukewarm burger and missed lunch break Im pissed.

Supposedly on the 9th of March, Sunday it was super busy. Placed an order around 8pm for delivery after my other order from #Walmart around 4pm was discarded and never delivered, I figured, why not order from Wendy’s since now my family and I can’t cook dinner… about an hour later, I finally got confirmation that I had a driver to pick up our food and is waiting… 20mins go by and driver is still waiting. Then, 20mins later from that, my $82 delivery order was canceled. Today marks it to be business day #13 of no refund because of having to wait on Wendy’s. Now, after calling customer service, I receive a second DUPLICATE email stating the same thing as the first… it’ll take up to another additional 12 business days for my refund to be processed. And all because the night manager on March 9th, 2025 (from a reliable source) wanted to press buttons to cancel my order almost 2hrs after being placed and after a driver had been waiting for 20ish minutes to pick it up.

It took me so long to figure out the kiosk to only lettuce and onions that 2 employees said to tell them what I wanted on the burger and they would do it. Excellent customer service. But do not like the kiosk
