every single time I go to this Wendy’s is always a good experience. I’m not sure why anybody would give this place anything but five stars. Yes sometimes it is busy during lunchtime, but what great fast food restaurant is not busy during lunchtime or during the dinner rush. My food is always serve quickly at the right temperature and with a smile and that’s what matters most to me.
It was 9:45 pm after a movie so I knew it was late and it might not be the best food, but I had minimum expectations. The big bacon cheeseburger combo did not have bacon on it, so we went through the drive thru again and explained the situation. All I got was a blank stare and a walk away. It took me so long to figure out the kiosk to only lettuce and onions that 2 employees said to tell them what I wanted on the burger and they would do it. Excellent customer service. But do not like the kiosk
