Yellow belly is a must especially when stopping by the swap meet on Saturdays. Super friendly staff, amazing food, and even provides a shaded table eating area. Highly recommend.

This Texas Girl, living currently on Oahu--vacationing on Maui, has struggled to find good Mexican food.
But my family of 4 absolutely loved everything we had here! Highly recommend!!!!
The customer service was also very friendly.
Mahalo y'all. We enjoyed every bite.
Be blessed.

Oh Yellow Belly, where to begin? From the multitude of delectable and diverse lemonades and frescas (and dont forget the chilemonada), to the extensive variety of birria goodies, Yellow Belly will leave you more than satisfied. My personal favorite has to be a chicken burrito crunch bowl, their house made chips crushed into chicken topped with the veggie works. Perfection. Couple that with a maui ocean breeze, double perfection. I also have to give an honorable mention to their classic elote in a cup, the sweet corn paired with the savory mayo mix and mexican cheese offers a light, yummy bite everytime. But apart from the food, Yellow Belly excels in their superb customer service, quick wait times, and positive environment. Though, I can’t do justice to the Yellow Belly goodness through a simple review, you have to go try it for yourself! Everybody reading this, go to Yellow Belly’s right now!!!!!!

When in Maui, we always make sure to make it out to see YellowBelly. Their birria tacos are my favorite along with the cantaloupe lemonades and carne asada burritos. It never disappoints and always hits the spot!

Conveniently located in the Swap Meet, the Yellow Belly Food Truck has some of the most amazing Mexican I've ever had, in Maui or Cabo! We got the Chili Relleno burrito and tamale bowl. Both were amazing. Wish I could have eaten more or another day it was that good. Maybe it has gotten better over the years? Flavors were well balanced, portions bordering on too big, quick service, and kind staff. Like I said, we'd happily eat there again.

Me and my fiancé got severe food poisoning from this food truck we both halved the Birria tacos and the steak Crunchwrap.

Their lemonades are so yummy, my favorite is the cantaloupe but they’re all so good. I love their tacos and burritos that come with hefty meat portions. Their cheese curds are my guilty pleasure.

Worst elote in a cup. Tasted like frosted corn! They had a watermelon lemonade. It had zero taste. Basically just a really expensive water with watermelon chunks. Worst part was we had to wait for 25 minutes for 2 elotes and 2 lemonades! Don’t waste your time or money!
