This place is phenomenal. The distillery is super friendly, knowledgeable, and makes a great old fashioned! Personal favorites are the distillery's reserve and honeymooners! The vodka is damn good if you enjoy actual taste to your vodka. 10/10 recommend!

the finish on the reserve was great! we bought a bottle of reserve and vodka because they tasted great! highly recommend stopping in for a tasting when in Kona!

Stopped in on our trip over from Washington State. Was welcomed in by Distiller Dave. Who sat us down immediately and did the tasting. Talking with him, getting the history, and having a really great time listening to him talking about a passion turned into a business.

Don't miss this stop if you're a fan of good, local spirits. Stopped by for a tasting and then an Old Fashioned, ended up leaving with two bottles of Distillers Reserve. The owner makes four different spirits, 3 of which are honey-based from local bees. The Distillers Reserve is aged similar to whiskey and simply remarkable. The fourth spirit is vodka made with locally grown potatoes, and despite not being a huge vodka fan, I thought it tasted excellent. If we didn't have to fly with luggage I would have bought at least one of each option! This is really a hidden gem, and I couldn't recommend it more.

Wow! What a hidden gem! Enjoyed having drinks with the proprietor Dave while he shared his love of all things Hawaii. Drinks are 100% Hawaiian love. Bought a few bottles to bring back to the mainland. Recommend.

Saw a live sea turtle for the first time today and doing the taster of their liquors was still my favorite part of the day. The honey shine is sooo very yummy!

Had a great experience at 13tb Hawaii Distillery! Dave is knowledgeable and interesting and we had a great visit while tasting some of his distilled spirits. His Distillers Reserve was our favorite and he makes a mean Ol’ Fashioned with it. Do yourself a favor and include this stop while on the Big Island. Great way to pass the time while waiting for a late outbound flight. Thanks for great spirits and fun talk, Dave!

Loved my visit here! The distiller Dave was out bartender and so kind and knowledgeable. The drinks were great especially the smoked old fashioned. Bought a couple bottles, and merch. Can’t wait to come back!
