This is a must-do! Ben was an amazing bartender/mixologist. He was knowledgeable on the distillation process, flavor profiles, and unique features of each of the liquors made here. No matter if you like sweet or spirit-forward drinks, they are all available. Don’t be fooled when they say honey spirits, the liquors aren’t sweet on their own. The spirits taste the same as other spirits straight up. The main difference for me was the spirits here are more refined, smooth, and flavorful. I’ll definitely be stopping by every time I’m on the Big Island!

This is a hole in the wall place that will easily be passed up and you'd be mistaken to skip on a tasting! We walked in to this little shop and were met by the coolest personality by Ashley welcoming us for a tasting and drinks! We had a great experience tasting vodka, whiskey, moonshine and coffee spirit. We also had an espresso martini and the island driver. We also had plenty of recommendations of things to do, things to try around the island and great conversation. You absolutely need to pay this place a visit

Fun place with great tasting spirits! We really enjoyed tasting their unique, delicious spirits (most made with local honey) and talking to the owner and guy who helped us with the tasting (sorry didn’t get his name). They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Wish we’d had time to try one of their amazing sounding cocktails, but we did bring home a bottle of the “whiskey”. Wish we had room for more. We highly recommend this distillery/tasting room in an industrial area of Kailua-Kona!

SMALL batch distiller using honey of all things for their aqua vitae. Honey Moonshine, a Kona coffee infused "moonshine" where they proof the moonshine down and steep the beans, a "whiskey" made with the honey aqua vitae and aged in user oak, and then a super smooth vodka made from purple sweet potato. Dave's a cool guy. Worth the hunt at the back of the shopping center - but apparently he's on the cusp of opening a tasting room in the front of the plaza.
