Beach Tree Restaurant

Although the food was decent it was way overpriced. We had a far better meal at The Residents restaurant at the same hotel. Also, other than the final set which was a good soloist, the music seems to have been aimed at 90 year olds.

we had a great experience Ho Kehlani was our waitress. She was awesome and on it from for the very start to the finish. 

Great food and views! Tables were clean. Service was quick and they let you enjoy the meal.

AMAZING view and we loved the live music. Service was great with good recommendations/advice. Compared to the other places we ate at factoring in the service/standard and vibes I would highly recommend if you're looking for a higher end spot.

Very disappointed with the food and service at the Beach Tree. Long waits for service and barely saw our waiter. Four people dined and none of the food was good. Mine was very over salted and barely edible. Another dish was also very over salted. The two other pasta dishes were “bland and flavorless”. Very expensive for mediocre at best food. Had better service and food at a food truck. Will not return.

You cannot beat the atmosphere here it is absolutely stunning! Service was very friendly and top-notch. Food was amazing. Definitely will come back to try everything we can!

We dined here for lunch and dinner three times. We love the oceanfront location, service, and food. We were staying at the hotel, and this as well. As the Residents Beach zhouse were our favorites for food. We loved the burger, hummus, meatballs, peach salad, Truffle pasta, gnocchi, and fish tacos. They have a nice selection of cocktails and wine. The squash blossoms and bread were also amazing.

Eating at Beach Tree is a treat and something I look forward to on my annual trips to the Big Island. They were a little off their game this time though. Service was slow, our drinks & food took an inordinately long time to arrive (tables who arrived and ordered after we did were served first), and when the food finally arrived we were warned that the plates were extremely hot. often a sign that they've been sitting under heat lamps. And sadly, my husband's steak was oddly spicy, despite there not being anything in the description that would add heat to a dish. The staff responded appropriately, taking the entree off the bill + giving us a complimentary dessert. We'll probably go back but it just wasn't the 5-star experience i expect from them

Bask in the beauty of the big island here. Had a beautiful dinner date here and the memory will be etched in my mind forever. What a great environment, food, and overall experience. Highly recommended.
