We feel so lucky to have met Matt and Lisa at BerryBird Coffee at the Ali’i Marketplace on Tuesday and we loved the coffee and our new friends so much we came back with the whole family on Thursday!My first visit we had the pour over grown in Hawaii, which was phenomenally smooth and rich. It left me thinking about it for the next two days.On our second trip we had pour overs of both their medium roast and a Columbian bean Matt was kind enough to share from his own personal supply! The family really enjoyed the espresso and vanilla bean latte, with the vanilla beans grown locally as well. Lisa made us a very refreshing cooler with some tea made from coffee pulp and a citrus jelly which was perfect on a warm day.We’ll definitely be back whenever we’re on Big Island! Finally got to try BerryBird after a friends recommendation today at the Keahou location & it did not disappoint! Tried the “dirty coffee” which is essentially a caramel honey comb topper which melts into the coffee as you drink. Super delicious and cool coffee experience, 10/10 ? for me. The couple who run it are super friendly and I’m looking forward to going to their Alii garden location with my husband soon!

These guys really know how to pull a good shot! If you're visiting definitely go out of your way to try their coffee! It's been one of our favorites!
