The food and service is pretty awful the new management kinda ruined the place. I order some food to go came back in 30 minutes and they completely forgot my order. Waited another 30 minutes and it still wasn't ready the sad part about it all I ordered was a small cheese pizza for my son.

We ordered chicken on the pizza. It was horrible tasting. It tasted metallic as if it had been waiting for us to get there for weeks. We were there around lunch time and were the only ones in the place. No restrooms, visitors expect restrooms in a restaurant of quality. In the dining room there was a motorcycle parked right by the place where you ordered. And pizza take out boxes were stacked all around the dining room. Horrible atmosphere. Felt like a dominos take out. I’ve changed this to give answers to the reply I got from management. I left the “chicken” comment as it was. That simply needs no further detail. But I’m sure I can detail the chicken taste with more adjectives if you want to continue this discussion. Leave me alone. We made one mistake eating there. Let’s drop it.

We ordered takeout from Bianelli’s this evening like we have for years. When we got to the restaurant we saw the remodel, we were amazed it’s GORGEOUS!! So we wanted to dine in. We let the cashier and the waitress know we wanted to go at in the dinning room. The cashier seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, but I could have read that wrong…I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. We ordered drinks and sat at a table. The cashier brought us our food and walked back to her station. We started taking our food out of the to go containers to enjoy in the restaurant. I noticed there wasn’t any silverware, so I went to the waitress and asked for some. I was told that I couldn’t have any utensils because we were not allowed to eat in the near empty dining room. I was very confused and asked why and she said I had to ask the manager. I walked back to our table and informed my 2 companions we were not allowed to eat in the restaurant despite the fact that, with tip, we spent over $100 on our meal. I walked out. My gentleman friend went to speak with the manager. He was told that eating in the dinning room when you order takeout is not allowed. She said it was a new policy and offered to go silverware. I was flabbergasted. The food was great as always, but the service is not what it used to be. We felt as if we did something wrong for asking to dine in. Not sure if we’ll go back.

We have been coming to the Island for over 10 years and always stop by Bianellis for pizza. This year we were very disappointed. We ordered a Barbecue Chicken pizza which was flavorful, however the crust was thin and baked to the point that it was hard. You had difficulty cutting it with the knife provided. Being seniors, trying to save our teeth, it was not easy to eat. We were not asked about crust options but noticed when leaving, other tables had a thicker crust. We were very disappointed and reluctant to return.

Very yummy pizza. Quick friendly service. Lots of specialty pizzas to choose from or create your own. Full bar. The crust wasn’t too doughy and had a nice crispness. Lots of pasta options as well.

Okay nobody comes to Hawaii to eat Italian. But for those of us who live here and love Italian this really is the only place to go. The pizza is real! Pasta sauces and dishes would even make my Jewish-Italian grandma smile.

I are here about a year ago. The restaurant had changed management. The atmosphere was crisp and clean and the new owner was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of. At that time the pasta with meatballs and pizza were very good. Unfortunately it seems that things have changed. I have gone 3 times in the past 4 months and have been disappointed with the food each time. The pasta has been watery and the meatballs were dense and rubbery. I haven't tried the pizza recently so that may still be good. It is a shame because we were very excited to eat there for a while. It looks like I will be cooking my own pasta dinners from now on.

Food was great. Everything we ordered was tasty...located in a shopping center and the place looked dead. Service was good too.Came here for the pizza and enjoyed it.

I ordered lagsana. I was good but a very small portion for $24. Filled 1/4 of the little container. Ordered same thing 4 years ago when we were here and it was a full serving. Very disappointing. Felt like I was ripped off. Way more expensive for 1/4
