Our family went in and ordered 6 cupcakes and the majority were good but we had a gingerbread cupcake that was raw in the middle and inedible due to the mushy insides.

Oh. My. God. My halau was shopping next door at P3. But the bakery interested me more. I headed over with some of the Keiki and bought some goodies. As I was waiting for a coffee, one of the owners brought out giant Ube Malasadas. So I bought two. They were sooooo delicious. The size of four average malasadas.Well, my husband saw I had coffee and wanted some, so he went back in. And then they had lilikoi cupcakes. So I bought half a dozen. Consistent with mainland prices. Absolutely heavenly.

We planned our boy’s birthday at the last minutes and we were so happy that we found this place, the lady is super nice and welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stop often!

The best cupcakes period! So moist, cute, great flavors and homemade. Tried their ube panipopo and it was delish...Yumminess! Just wish they extended their hours of operation.

Obscure opening hours and menu. There's no hours on Google Map, but their Instagram indicated that it's only open at 11am on Saturday. It was closed at 12:45pm when we went. That's early for everything to be sold out, and we'd prefer if they announce it on Instagram to save us the drive.There's no menu on their website but in their FAQ they recommended people to call. We called 3 times over 2 days and messaged them on Instagram, but no one responded.

The negative reviews I feel are isolated. Come on people, during COVID times, what do you expect?! Schedule changes and modified store hours - inevitable. The ladies at Bleu Cupcakery are SUPER professional and customer oriented. I say to anyone: plan ahead, check the website and communicate. We are from Idaho and had our wedding on Kona. Found Bleu on Google, but also looked them up on IG. I sent a DM probably about 2 weeks before the wedding and they made it happen. I received a reply always within 24hrs. The suggestions they gave me for flavors were awesome! I had lilikoi for the top tier, ube and carrot cake cupcakes. Our family raved about all 3. The buttercream frosting was so smooth and delicious! Not too sweet. The cakes itself were moist. I wish I could have met and thanked you in person. Mahalo nui loa!!! You guys made it so easy.

we got some cupcakes from BLEU BAKESHOP, they had some different holiday flavors, we got one of each. my daughter wanted to try each flavor they had, her favorite was the hot chocolate. they also had egg nog, chantilly red velvet, vanilla, peppermint , + gingerbread. such a cute little shop.
