I ordered an oxtail soup to go! The best oxtail soup I've tried and I have tried many! The broth was fire and the meat was perfect and soft. Everything was seasoned to perfection! A must try if you are on Hawaii Island and in Kona.

We went the afternoon/evening of the tsunami warning a few weeks ago while on vacation. A lot of places were closing and we had to evacuate our hotel so I phoned around and found this place would be open. We figured we'd hunker down at a place that would be able to provide food and entertainment for our 6 year old while we waited it out. The staff was very helpful throughout our time there. The food we ordered were rather large portions and quite tasty. Never underestimate...

Okay I was very skeptical when this was suggested in my group. As tourists, it seemed like a weird hang. I was proved wrong. Go to the left side of the building, away from the bowling alley, and it was quieter and more diner like.The teriyaki and the pork and cabbage plates was delicious. Lots of food given! We may just be back and bowl next time :)
