Great bakery! Their breads are very delicious. They are extra large and exceptionally delicious, too! You can't beat the price.

The customer service is the best way to describe the experience here,,it’s a wonderful change in so many ways as the culture can be generally more friendly then the mainland Costco. I also work for Costco so take my advice we strive to bring the freshest products to the best members service we can provide throughout this pandemic

Yes BUT.... My husband went there today. There were too many people in the store and they didn't have some simple foodstuffs like heavy cream, mac nuts, Keto bars, roasts of any kind, tilapia. If there is a delivery day, please tell me when it is so we don't drive all the way down there for nothing.

costco Big Island style...lots of Aloha all through the store. Very well organized. The employees were before the crisis and continue to be through it exceptionally helpful and kind. so grateful for their attitude and work.

I love Costco food court in Kona, cause is outside in front of the store Very easy access to get your food and great customer service. Not mentioned the great view you have while you are enjoying your food.

Conveniently located 2 miles from the airport, making it a perfect stop for gas, macadamia nuts and Kona coffee before beginning ones journey home.
