He treated us wellParking: Underground parking that can be validated if you eat at one of the shops in the buildingKid-friendliness: My 7yr kiddo is very chatty with grown ups and Aaron was pleasant and interactive with her. He made me feel very comfortable as I and I assume most parents would not be happy if shopkeeper was unkind to kids. Would be happy to revisit

This was open late and had a great time meeting the folks who ran the place. Ice was good, but the laughs we had were even better. Andy is actually super funny, and I think the place has a lot of charm. Negative reviews need to lighten up, it’s all shtick

Lovely coffee shop! Andy recently bought the joint -- give him some support! And ignore the older reviews. The coffee is great, and you HAVE to try the delicious tropical banana bread with Lilikoi butter -- Andy's mom makes both from scratch. This is a laid-back place where you can settle in and watch a giant sea turtle in the waves or a gorgeous sunset.

The worst shave ice I have ever had. The blue raspberry syrup was more like soap. SawThe Pina colada was inedible. The only good thing was the view.

Shave ice that tastes right out of a Don's from the mainland.Sryrup tastes closer to chalk and soap than what the board says. The "guava" tastes like cinnamon, and the "piancolada" is a disgrace to the cocktail its based on.Location is everything, and if it wasn't for the view of the ocean, I would say this ruined my vacation.If you wanna save the value of your multi thousand dollar trip, stay away.

Hands down one of the strangest experiences getting coffee I have ever had. Apparently this is where you buy some of the prints displayed in the foyer. This is what one of the other vendors told me. When presented with the prints I wanted to buy the clerk said and pointed “you have to buy those over there” (towards the other vendor). When I said that that person told me I had to buy them at the coffee shop he laughed and said “I’m kidding I just like to mess with people”. I then asked for an iced coffee and he said “No”. I ignored the no. He rang in my purchases and when the transaction was complete he held out his hand to take my card. Not giving you my card you f’ing freak. He then reiterated his penchant for messing with people. He then disappeared into the back to get my coffee. Is he spitting in my cup now? I gave him a tip as well in my confusion I just wanted it all to end! I never post reviews in context, and I would recommend not going here. Unfortunately one star is the lowest rating available.
