Ordered pizza. Delivery guy apparently gave our order to someone else(male) even tho was given clear instructions and never confirmed that it was me(female) by calling upon arrival. Took almost an hour to get replacement order after being told it would be 30min. Pizza was below average once we received finally and the box was crushed. Would never order again.

I ordered 2 pizzas and some breadsticks. The breadsticks were the only thing edible. For nearly 70 dollars I got 2 pizzas that tasted like plastic. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. A shame that an actual pizza joint gets beat on flavor by Costco. I would recommend starving, it's cheaper and you'll suffer less.....

Love Domino's! Great deals! Only problem? The don't deliver to Kealakekua. Look. I used to deliver pizza when I was younger (before GPS!) and our delivery radius was wayyyyy further than Henry St to Teshimas. Just saying.

A very convenient branch of Dominos that is opened till late on weekdays and till even later on Weekends. The staff are amazing people, all very friendly, super helpful, and prioritizing efficiency. Abdul helped us select and place our order with ease, and was super helpful in getting our order completed swiftly. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating area, while there are steel and wooden benches and tables to sit right outside the restaurant as well. They have plenty of vegetarian options as well. The restaurant is fully wheelchair accessible l. There is plenty of free parking available in the mall lot outside and around this restaurant. Highly recommend this branch for Pizza.

We ordered a pizza through Uber Eats from Domino’s. During the delivery, we were standing outside in front of the house, but the delivery driver never showed up. Despite that, he marked the delivery as completed. I can understand if the driver is late or has trouble finding the address, but I don’t understand how he could mark the delivery as completed when he never came. Do not order from them

When you order online and the AP tells you it’s ready but when you go pick it up the staff tells you it’s not. And when you ask what does the AP mean when it says complete and texts you that your order is ready. They said well. We don’t control the AP. My question is. Who clicks when it’s being prepared. Who clicks when it’s being baked. Who clicks when it goes through quality control and finally ready. Telling the client the pizza is done and you can come in To pick it up. They told me I needed to speak to the manager and walked away when I asked who that was…poor service. An 11-15 minute order took an hour. I dont expect much from dominos but the service was pathetic and the AP needs help…

Ooooooooofta hit or miss. Sometimes the delivery is snail slow. Sometimes the car side delivery doesn't work. Sometimes the food comes cold or burnt to a crisp. It's a gamble but I love pizza, so here we are.

Nothing but bad experiences here! They messed up our order. We drove home and tried to call but their phones don't work. They gave us a completely wrong order and we couldn't ever get ahold of them to make it right. Go to Black Rock Pizza much better and same price.

We ate here on our trip to Big Island. The pizza was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but wasn't until 45 minutes. It tasted like overbaked cardboard. This is probably because of lack of competing chains nearby. Certainly worst pizza I've ever had
