This little market has a lot of items such as snacks, drinks, essentials and even clothing and gifts for sale. I enjoy getting a coffee drink to enjoy on my lanai.

I spent over $400 in a week at this store though not a registered guest of the resort, I am staying nearby but am enjoying not having to go to a shopping center while I am in recovery. I have come here for coffee in the morning as well as meals and other drinks and snacks just a few times a day, while enjoying the beautiful grounds of this resort here though not spending any time in the pool or any other places that say don't go if you aren't a registered guest. Today I was enjoying one of these purchases and the security man threatened to call the police on me for drinking my water that I purchased at the store order #8607, while writing in the entry way and charging my computer as I am working while I am recovering here from PTSD. This man walked up to me for no apparent reason, and demanded that he see my wrist band and as far as I know I am a customer here and am allowed to be wandering around a beautiful resort and enjoying the landscapes here even though I am not staying here and I am not using the pool or taking the guest privileges. Only seated in a chair to enjoy the purchases while writing and getting my electronics a charge so that I can continue working while enjoying my holoholo market purchases. $400 is a lot to spend in a week's time in a store in a resort that is operating at like less than half the capacity during all the renovations. I am a 45 years old licensed acupuncturist and writer and I came here to be safe and quiet and calm and to be a customer rather than go to the KTA and deal with a shopping center filled with a ton of people. This place is very relaxing and I didn't think that I was BREAKING THE LAW to be a customer and have someone THREATEN me to have the COPS called for shopping at the HOLOHOLO market and sitting on a chair and writing. He demanded that I speak to him and I am an autistic female and this is insane to expect someone to speak on command like a dog especially someone with autism, which is neurological condition and not a mental defect. This is an abomination and a security OVERREACH. For a customer to spend over $400 in a resort market over the span of like 5 or 6 days while I am vacationing nearby and staying with an old friend and just getting some space, this is highly OUTRAGEOUS. And I'm sure the security guard will be happy, but I won't be back to spend anymore money even though I will be here for like 2 months. and would've come here for coffee daily and even lunch again but now I will have to go to the Peaberry and Gallette shop at the tips of the hill and take a car instead of taking a nice walk here. Nice way to treat your PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Great shop! The reason for the two stars is one of the ladies that works here. She is the one who wears the mask. RUDE!!!!! The daytime gentleman and the other woman are extremely nice, but if you run into the one with the covid mask, be aware! She is not very nice. Charged us for stuff that we did not buy, and refused to investigate. Had to go to the front desk (where we learned this isn't her first complaint) and had to get comped. The way she talked to my wife was unacceptable and rude!!! Hotel staff, AWESOME! Store staff, AWESOME! Her, RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Make sure she has paper in her machine....

Coffee is fantastic here; the matcha latte was one of the best we had at this island. A bit pricy, yes. But the staff is so friendly and helpful. Love this little store.

Went for a coffee and loved how tasty it is. Great shop to buy personalised gifts on vacation that symbolise Hawaiian culture

Everyone that works here were kind and friendly! Open from 6am - 11ish - this was a lifesaver at such a huge resort- great for last minute necessities.

This showed up as the closest marker/coffee place to my hotel. Lala was there bright and early. She was very nice and made sure my coffee had everything to be ready to drink immediately. She went out of her way to provide the best service with plenty of aloha.

This store is not associated with the hotel. They are understaffed and outrageously priced. Untrained employees that can't speak English work alone... This is not the employees fault, this is the fault of management. If an employee doesn't know how to do the job, or can't speak enough English to make an egg sandwich, the manager needs to also be there. Absolutely unacceptable, the manager should be fired.

Some trinkets and clothes to buy, not much in the selection of snacks but if you love Alcohol and makeup you better be prepared to pay more than normally if you want some.

Holoholo Market is THE market at the Sheraton Kona Resort. It has notably reasonable prices for the BI while also meeting needs of hotel guests for snacks, drinks, coffee, gifts, clothing, toiletries, and memorabilia. I visited 4 times in 8 days with wildly different experiences at the counter. 1st visit: 1 star (Evening Water & Alcohol) 2nd: 4 stars (Evening Alcohol) 3rd: 5 stars (Morning Coffee) 4th: 5 stars (Morning Coffee) My first night at the hotel I came in search of water and a spiked seltzer, but was treated rudely ... which required me to go back to my room to get ID and credit card only to have to endure a phone call of verification upon my return. It took almost 25 minutes with a lot of effort to get 1 bottle of water and 1 alcoholic sparkling water. Luckily for this review, I kept coming back because the service, friendliness, and experience just got better and better with each visit. The morning people were especially cordial and efficient when I popped in for a Gatorade Zero after a run and a 100% Kona Coffee for my spouse. Later, we came back and got some Macadamia Nut Chocolates and other gifts because the prices really were similar to what we found at large markets on the island. Thank Lono for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chances because Holoholu Market needed them to get this review to 4 stars.

The price is higher than out side. This is why they called convenience store. Close at midnight.
