Had a really nice lunch on the deck. Waitress was pleasant and answered questions without any issue. Drinks were great and watching the birds and the waves was so nice. Previously was Humpy's but now is Laverne's bid island alehouse but had the same great menu as 10 years ago! Waitress said the head chef is the same and it shows, great time!
Visited Humpy's Big island Alehouse back in May last year. Staff were friendly and tentive, food was delicious. I had a burger and fries and my partner had pizza. I highly recommend Humpy's Big island Alehouse when visiting Kona. They had a good variety of food, desserts, drinks and cocktails. The location is good right on the sea front and when we had dinner we had great views of the sunset. Thankyou to all the staff from Steve and Jacqui from Scotland ☺
Pleasant surprise. We have been to Kona numerous times but haven't been here but we will be back. I had the fresh fish plate (Mahi) which I have most everywhere. It was very good. Not overdone and very flavorful. Came with rice and salad which made it less expensive than most places. We also had the Calamari and it one of the very best we've had on the island.
