Had not dined here for a few years, while looking forward to it were disappointed. Maybe on off day will try again. Shrimp carbonara sauce overdone, noodles overdone.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance. So nice to find a restaurant with such healthy great food and delicious craft cocktails!

I8t wasn't very crowded when we dined. The service and attentiveness of our server was great. The drinks were good. The Ono fish dish with macadamia crust was superbly delicious.

Party of 6: Pancakes big and fluffy, waffles wonderful and delicious. The coconut syrup was great. Loved the croissant sandwich!! Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Server was hard to get to help you initially. Then Ended up going to the bar and ordering second round of drinks because she never checked in.

Had three pupu dishes, all just average. “Trader Vic's mai tai” was definitely not the original recipe, quite weak.

Hubby had ribs and I had the chicken sandwich. Both were delicious! Our server was Daniel and he was attentive and efficient. We're going to eat there again on this trip!

Don't believe Sunday brunch can get any better than this! Open air, front row seat to ocean view, menu with tons of options, GREAT drink options and hard working friendly staff. Everyone had something different and all agreed food was delivered hot and was delicious.

Food was best we have had in Kona. Service was good, but not excellent (Drinks delivered AFTER meal was served . . .I think the waiter forgot.) Very nice seating. We would do this again!

I made my reservation for one through OpenTable. When I showed up for my reservation, I was told the only tables available were upstairs. I pointed to a table downstairs and the hostess told me that was reserved. So I pointed to the table next to it, which was not reserved and she Agreed to see me there. Then the waitress brought out two waters. I explained it was only me. Two minutes later, the hosts came back over to the table, chastising me for changing the reservation without notifying them first. I explained I did not change any reservations that I had made it for one, she proceeded to argue with me. I then told her to cancel my order and I left.  very disappointing because I have come to this place for 15 years when I visit. This is the first time that I've had this difficulty with them. Customer service needs improved. I don't come to a restaurant to be chastise by the hostess. 

We made a reservation via Open Table for 8:45 PM for last night. While driving, I received a missed WhatsApp call from the restaurant, and tried calling back twice, but no one answered. We texted them saying we'd be on time for the reservation. We actually arrived early, at 8:25 PM, but they rushed us, telling us the Open Table system was broken and didn't work on "Hawaiian time." They told us we had to order within 5 minutes because the kitchen was closing, and that I also had to order for my husband, who was parking the car in the meantime, because they wouldn't let us eat any longer. We finished our meal in less than 20 minutes, without dessert, because they put us off. The waitress was kind and apologized, but the experience remains terrible. We came from Italy to dine here, but I absolutely don't recommend it.

The view from lava Java is fantastic at sunset. The food was tasty. Waiters apologizing the whole time for poor service, but continued to gab excessively to their tables.

We love coming here every time we come to the Big Island! Excellent customer service and good food!

Stopped by here for our breakfast before our flight out of town and it did not disappoint. The French press was one of the best cups of coffee from the trip, the fresh apples juice was amazing and the food was yummy. The highlight was the view, where else can you watch dolphins play in the water while you eat??
