Unbelievable! I call and kindly ask for a slice of their key lime pie - TO GO & the lady processed to tell me “no more to go”. A little bummed out I mean come on it’s a slice of pie - “NOPE” . I said okay so I’ll come in and get a slice. Her response was “we don’t have any tables available and it’s going to be at least an hour wait!” Holy smokes seriously …I JUST WANTED A SLICE OF PIE! see if I’ll ever spend another celebration dinner at Jackie Rey’s ! I won’t be EVER ! So rude

Went here with a party of 4. The crab cakes were unreal and possibly the best I have ever had. I ordered the seafood trio which was tasty but the crab cakes are what I dream about.Service was great and Brad was very knowledgeable and happy to serve us. Highly recommended. The food is pricey but look at the pictures people posted. The plating and presentation is second to none. We left full and had a lovely evening. Thanks for the delicious meal.Parking: Limited parking available. If Jackie Rey's is within walking distance this may be the best option.
spent an evening celebrating my parents anniversary. Evening was delicious including great service, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the appetizer ribs, lilikoi martini and mochiko crusted mahai mahai fish. We went early to have a couple of Happy hour drinks before dinner. Owner takes pride in offering guests a memorable evening!!!
One of the best restaurants in Kona! Prices are high but not outrageous. Great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Seafood trip is literally perfect every time.
Absolutely amazing food. Solid service and super nice staff. The bar was top notch.

As a couple of other people said, the meals were plated beautifully. Our waiter was good and pleasant. That’s where the happy times ended. We had pork spring rolls that I didn’t care for at all. We had the special of the day which was supposed to be a crusted mahi mahi which I usually love. I certainly didn’t see any crust. There was a sauce but the dish had zero flavor- completely tasteless for $38. I always hate making a fuss. My husband got a takeaway box and I shoved most of my fish into it. We returned to our condo and put it straight down the garbage disposal. I wonder if there was a different chef for the people who wrote such great reviews. And the people who said it was an upscale setting must not have dined out much. Would definitely not recommend this restaurant!

We had the most beautiful dinner here while in town. It was Valentine's Day and we were also celebrating our anniversary. The server gave great recommendations and the drinks were a 10/10. Fabulous seafood and my fiance had the steak which was also amazing.

Best meal we had on the island. The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Decor was more like a 2 star restaurant and no view, but the food is worth it.
