I just order 4 drinks, 1 bowl, and two Jamba fruit snacks. My wife asked for a single cube of ice and they wanted to charge us $0.25 for it. And my wife explained she stepped on gum in their store and wanted to use the ice to help get the gum off her slipper. Gentleman with ponytail still said “No” you have to pay $0.25 for one cube of ice. Won’t be spending anymore money here unless they fix this. And will spread the word.

Be aware of this place. I ordered a strawberry bowl and restaurant notified driver they don’t have strawberries and will replace it with banana. I didn’t want it and asked them to cancel the order. The person on call was rude and reluctant to help straight away told me they can’t cancel and I have to call uber eats. Uber eats told me to ask the store to cancel it. This store is so terrible, not sure what kind of scam they are running. After 2 hours I am with no food and no money. If you don’t have ingredients, don’t take order, if taken, Atleast call customer and tell them the issue or cancel it. Why customer has to run around for his money and food after doing everything.

It was the most horrible experience I had yet and we won't be going back especially for that price, no taste whatsoever and had to have her remake one of our drinks which she got irritated and still no taste and our second drink was so watery I just gave up and we ended up leaving already cause this worker did not know how to make jamba juice drinks at all.. bad experience plus only one worker so she got irritated fast with anything you ask of her which is very bad customer service..

I walked in at 5:25pm and the cashier said, “Do you know what you want because we’re closing.” They close at 6pm but they were already counting the register and had put all the chairs up. Once I got my smoothie and left, he locked the door behind me at 5:30pm. I watched as someone else tried to get in but couldn’t. Maybe this is an island thing, but don’t go to this spot within an hour of closing. Also when I walked in it had a really weird odor. This was very disappointing as I was really craving a good smoothie and could have gone somewhere else. Next time, I will.
It’s working hours and the workers are serving people, but they locked the door. There’s only two people in there and they locked the doors and wouldn’t acknowledge that we were trying to get in. Never tipping here!

The staff has one speed ( Slow ) on the 3 occasions I've been there 3 1/2 years. Really un motivated staff and not outgoing at all. Almost like they are being bothered.
