Great location, right on the water. Seated right away and drink order was close behind. Ordered the chicken breast and it came so quickly that I knew it wasn't cooked fresh. Sure enough the first bite was lukewarm. Very disappointing. There was virtually no flavor and there were rib bones (?). Maybe it is a traditional preparation? My wife had coconut shrimp that she said were good.
This place is run for high volume turnover and recipes are designed to not have a lot of flavor. Poppa Kona's just up the street is way better.

Hidden gem! I wasn't expecting such a beautiful restaurant behind its warehouse facade. You get a really beautiful view of the sunset from the open-air lanai/patio. Got the coconut shrimp, mac crust mahi-mahi, flank steak and coconut cake and everything tasted delightful. We even had a front seat view to the surfers surfing by the bay when we were sat down. Friends have said they have great tacos, and apparently they have 48 beers on tap! DEFINITELY worth a visit!

Don't get the peanut curry coconut shrimp. The sauce was awful. Overly thick and too sweet. We couldn't eat it. We also got the appetizer shrimp and that sauce was awful too. The table next to us didn't eat their sauce either. Get something else so you can focus on enjoying the view.

Beware - their “Free parking” will cost a 100 dollars!
Kai tells you to head up to the restaurant so they can register your license plate with the lot, but the lot has zero grace period. A checker was lurking and issued me a ticket as soon as I left my car.
Kai provides you no evidence of validation to support a dispute with the parking lot, and provides no help of their own to resolve it. (They don’t even pick up their phone)
