We have dined at Kenichi Pacific many times. On our recent visit to Kona we found the restaurant closed to remedy some health department citations. It reopened a few days before our trip ended so we decided to visit it again. The food was as exceptional as ever and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The cocktails are as tasty as ever--try the Geisha Martini--and we will definitely return.
Service was excellent, great food and drink selection. Only issue was that it was very warm and humid for diners both i side and outside, not sure if sure conditioner was working properly. I highly recommend making reservations to eliminate long wait times. It's one of the only restaurants in the area.
Kenichi Pacific is a fantastic Japanese fusion restaurant. Their sushi is excellent. Very high quality. Best in Kona. We go about once a week. They also have an excellent Happy Hour. Our favorite Kona restaurant !!!
