I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Kailua kona hawaii. The manager’s customer service was unsatisfactory. They were unable to accommodate my request to change my order, and my meal was incomplete. I was also not provided with the necessary utensils. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Very bad service, the waitresses just giggle cheekily when you have a question. You don't feel like doing your job and you can tell straight away. The food was cold, it had been sitting there for a long time, you could see and taste it, it was soggy and not tasty! The toilets were extremely dirty. I'll never come here again!

Run the management here sucks. The bathrooms are down and the kitchen is nasty. The manager thought it was ok to argue with the customer over cold fries.
This place is awful. Manager seems to think it’s ok to argue with customers. Kfc needs to get this place under control.

My wife and I visited this KFC while visiting the Big Island in Hawaii. We purchased a 2 piece chicken combo and a spicy chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich seemed okay however my wife's chicken was a bit raw, and undercooked, and had a funny smell when she bit into it. We went to the counter to get it exchanged and the girl who was in change was very rude to my wife stating that, "the chicken is timed" which suggested there is nothing she is willing to do to replace the chicken or fix the situation. Upon hearing her response I stepped in on behalf of my wife (who was being very gentle) and I asked the girl if she was really not going to do something about the situation, and if she was being difficult with us. The girl repeated that "the chicken was timed" and that she won't be replacing it while the other two female employees looked on in concern as a result of her attitude and looked a little worried while staring at us. At this point I felt like both my wife and I had been disrespected and treated with terrible customer service so we decided to walk away and leave the slightly uncooked chicken in it's box on the counter. While we were walking back out the store in displeasure, the same girl showed her anger (would you believe that?!) with us and threw the box off the counter on to the floor as we walked out the store. I have never seen such disrespectful customer service in my life and suggest if a manger is reading this that appropriate action be taken. The date of service was Jan 30, 2024 12:17 AM ET (which is about Jan 29, 2024 07:17 PM HST) and the amount was $26.26. I personally will never visit this specific store location again and if you are thinking about going there then, "Good Luck." Absolutely Terrible Service 0/5 stars!!!

The restaurant including its dining room closes at 8:00pm. We got there at 7:40pm and the doors were locked. We tried to go through the drive through and the lady was very rude. She told us they were out of everything except for drums. We asked when they closed the kitchen and she said 6:30pm! Asked to speak to a manager and again, very rudely she denied us.
