How do I eat my food with no fork? I asked for butter and honey for the extra biscuits I ordered and got nothing but dry biscuits. Food will be cold before I get to a fork to be able to eat it. Poor service!

Took forever to get through the drive-thru especially when I could clearly see three employees standing around. All I ordered was a bucket meal...nothing out if the ordinary. If they were waiting on more chicken to be done then someone should have said something.
Oh and be forewarned, the drive-thru has an exit route from the strip mall right through the middle of the drive-thru with no signage or anything.

I bought chicken from kfc last night for dinner then I packed extra chicken for lunch for work today and found two pieces of boiled plastic in my chicken

Was getting my pick up order, KFC did not start the order until I got there, then I had to wait for them to make all the other orders before I got there. Both of the women working were extremely rude, including disrespectful remarks and very inhospitable when I gently expressed my disappointment with their company's policy. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for the order after I arrived. I will never eat at a KFC, or deliver for any KFC in Hawaii ever again.

This location was out of items on the menu, and the prices for what was available were very high. Based on my experience, I would be surprised if this location remains open much longer.
Wish I could give 0 sitting in line for 20min to then here we ran out of chicken and will be another 20 minutes, worst KFC evet
The workers don't want to work ,if you don't want to work at kfc quit , service was slow and horrible and they had only two people in line and still took long time ,and in the long run they even forgot items ......KFC corporate you need to give Kailua-Kona store a work over or just close down for something better at this point ....just disappointed with KFC Kona ...

Says online that the store closes at 9pm, went and got there at 7:55pm. Once we arrived, all the lights were on and open sign was still lit up. Went through the drive through and no one was there. Tried walking into the restraunt but door was locked. Waited in the parking lot for 15min and finally seen 2 workers come out and seen them in the kitchen area. Went through the drive through again only for them to tell us they were closed. Why have all the lights and open sign still lit when business is closed. Workers seem like they didn’t wanna work the last hour in my opinion. Once they seen a line of us cars in the drive thru, they peaked through the window and shut off the lights.Should have a closed sign or update the business hours. 🤷♂️ this was all before 8:25pm even though the sign says they close at 9:00pm

I'm a delivery driver and I arrived at 8:55 to pick up my order. Two staff members were cleaning, so I knocked on the window. They saw me, but they didn't come over to ask if they needed any help. Instead, they continued cleaning. After a while, another staff member told me they closed at 8:00 PM. I saw the sticker outside that said they closed at 9:00 PM. Regardless, if you're in the service industry, you can't treat your customers so rudely. No wonder KFC has no business. These employees are so mean.

If you ran out of hot & spicy wings for the entire day (early afternoon), why keep the sign up? It takes a minute just to bring it back inside.
