It takes forever for anyone to ask for your order. Be prepared to wait all night.

Our server, Jessica F, was absolutely stellar! We had a big family and she greeted us with so much aloha!
All of our food was very yummy, my favorite was the poke bowl with the beer flight.

I visited this place twice — first with my mother, and then again with my whole family after telling them they had to try it! The first time we went, the place was packed, but the staff was quick to seat us, and the service was welcoming from the start.
Right away, we were asked if we had any questions about the beer selection. I already knew what I was there for, but my mother wasn’t sure. The server was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the different options, helping her find one that perfectly matched her taste.
For food, we ordered four different items. We started with two appetizers: the Ahi Poke, which was really good, and the Pepperoni Rolls, which were just okay. For entrées, we had the Fish Tacos, which were excellent, and the Short Ribs, which were solid and satisfying.
The unexpected standout was the Mac Salad. It was so good that both of us ended up ordering an extra side — it’s absolutely a must-try.

Always wanted to try Kona Brewing when I made a trip to “The Big Island”.
The atmosphere and food was fantastic. Whether you are a local or a visitor, I’d highly recommend. Especially after a long flight from the states, Kona Brewing beer and help you set right into that famous island vibe.

We’ve been visiting Kona Brewing Company off and on since 2010, and it used to be one of our must-stop spots every time we came to see family in Kona. Over the years, we’ve watched it grow and expand, but unfortunately, the quality hasn’t kept up.
What was once one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had has become one of the worst. The food used to feel fresh and flavorful, now it feels more like an afterthought. Our last visit really sealed it for us. It just isn’t what it used to be.
It’s incredibly disappointing to see something that once stood out become so average. Sadly, this last visit will probably be our last.

Portions not great, food too expensive for what it is, doesn’t feel like they want you to be there, but cocktails were good. :) nice atmosphere.

Disappointing food quality given the prices. Typically breweries have pretty solid food, but I won't be returning here. I know larger/busier cities tend to have more expensive and less quality food (you're paying for location more than anything else) but if you have the time drive to Pahoa for a good meal that is worth the price.

Great place to eat near our hotel while on vacation. Some of their beers are available where I am usually on the east coast and I went to the one on Oahu before. First time we went, Ben was an excellent server and when trying to figure out what to eat, we decided to go there a second time while on vacation when Chad was our server. Both times excellent service. Our daughter had the same slice with 2 toppings as her meal and it isn't often we see her scarf down the whole thing. First time my wife and I shared the Kohala pizza and had a coconut flan for dessert (though I think it could use some caramel as a flan). It was complex flavor and I think the gorgonzola that was on it was strong and would have worked better on the Lu'au. Second time we had the Hawaiian Lu'au and some avocado fries which were quite good with their chili ranch sauce. Overall, I think the goat cheese was lost in the Lu'au pizza (better for the Kohala) and not as spicy as I expected the jalapeño pineapple salsa to be. We added some chili flakes to the pizzas both times and liked it more. Still, great food, great beers, and the atmosphere was excellent. Lots of parking and try not to go during super busy hours otherwise you might experience a wait.

Beer was great. Food was ok, taste was just ok, and small portions for the cost.
They have a keiki menu, but pizza was one slice and a couple pieces of oranges for $12. My 10 year was still hungry.

Pizza and dessert were excellent - in our party we ordered a margherita pizza, pepperoni pizza, house salad, braised ribs, pineapple upside cake and mac brownie. Great service. Definitely recommend.

Used to be my go to place but no longer. Pizza doesn’t hold a candle to Black Rock. Plus, they burnt ours. Instead of making a new one, they brought it out and asked if it was okay. We were starving and did t want waste food, so we ate it. But when they brought the bill, no apology and no discount. Just lost a customer for life.
Visited from the Cruise Ship, while in town with my wife and mother in law. Great beer, nice atmosphere and friendly people. Cheers
