Went to order mini beef teriyaki plate guys came in after who had called in then there was people who came in AFTER me and ordered, they got their orders BEFORE me? I had to wait 10 minutes before I got my order which turned out cold, so to me I was put on the back burner even after my order was ready in, how is it that my meat was cold? Did they even cook it? I’m very disappointed and upset. I had this issue at the L&l in the lanihau shopping center in Kailua kona today.

Better quality than I had expected. We’ve only tried a few different plates, but the bbq chicken is a favorite. Communication at this particular location can be challenging, but the portions are huge, and it’s ready quickly.
