What kind of sports bar will not even look for a ranked college basketball match up when you ask them to. It was 3pm on a Saturday and no one was on the bar and they wouldn’t even try to look for the game. Terrible service and staff. Had same issue at Humphys and was told they have the same owner.

If I could rate lower I would! The bartender was nasty and had the worst attitude. Not sure how you can mess nachos up but these are the worst I ever had, burnt & dried out with no flavor. Then the bartender tried to be sneaky and charged us for large party gratuity (there were 2 of us sitting at the bar), didn’t acknowledge she did that and then put the screen in front of us to tip more. Save yourself the time and money and go next door to Ocean’s Sports Bar for better atmosphere, food, and experience.

Prices on their active website (copyright 2024) do not reflect prices at the actual restaurant. Saltiest food ever eaten. Pork plate was inedible. The burger my wife got was something you get on the frozen food section of Walmart. Super run down. Maybe 5 people in the whole place. I’m guessing it’s a mixture of reasons but I would stay away. Waitress was nice.

Stumbled across by accident! Friendly service, 8/10 on their nachos & because you are above & right across the street from the ocean, atmosphere is awesome! Also has live music that we enjoyed. Our server was so attentive and friendly-wish I could recall her name. Highly recommend and make sure to get the nachos with Kalua pork, you won't be disappointed!

One of the worst bar experiences...the bartender was not interactive when we sat down. Definitely not friendly and not rude but definitely did not feel welcomed. Place was dirty as heck and totally needs to be updated. Should of known when we walked in and there was only an older couple sitting down. Sat here for MNF and regret set in as soon as we looked around at the dirtiness, fingerprints all over the TVs and bug crawling in the coke. Damn lime was cut 2 weeks ago??... to be so brown...first AND last time we stop here. No thanks
Cozy sportsbar right next to the beach. The drinks were okay but the food is amazing! There's tartar dip for the fish and chips were so good! The kailua pork is normal.
There's a paid parking lot behind the sportbar with limited spaces. Laverne's validate parking for free if you dine in so make sure to remember your plate number!

Rude bartender. When asked if we could change one TV to a specific game the bartender refused, citing the world series game 2 as a reason why. Her attitude and dismissiveness were quite rude. Only 3 other people in the bar and every TV was set to the world series. Her attitude and demeanor needs serious adjusting. Not worth going here to watch a game and we will not come back.

They can’t figure out their opening times. Paper posted on the door didn’t match up to what they yelled at us. Used to be an amazing spot but too many other good choices near by. Skip this one.

Very very rude/disrespectful staff….
We were returning as a family of 10 (6 little kids) because the previous location was a great memory for our mom and our late father.
Google said this restaurant opened at 11 AM. When we arrived at 11 they had a sign at the front and back door that stated they opened at 2 PM. We waited in the area, any of the people arrived back at 2pm and they then stated they open at 4 however their signs were still up stating that they opened at 2. When we brought this to light, they became very disrespectful, laughing at us when we told them they were being rude. They continued to laugh….
