“I love to use my McDonald's app. I earn points and enjoy my meals. I also love that I don't have to stand at the kiosk to order or wait at the counter for my food. I ordered a happy meal hamburger customized to add cheese ,mayo, and lettuce. I also ordered my fries with no salt and a large diet with no ice. This was 6000 points that were deducted from my 34,000 points, and I paid .99 cents for my added items to my sandwich and upgrade drink. I sat at a table of my choice and entered the table number paid for my food and just relaxed. The app will let me know the status of my order and how long my wait is. Then wallah. Here comes my server with my food. The more you order, the more your points grow and the more free food you can get .“
“We ordered our meal on the kiosk. We used our McDonald's app and took advantage of their Monday Big Mac Deal where you purchase the meal and you get a Big Mac sandwich for free. We customized both burgers and asked for light mac sauce and no pickles. They printed the custom labels on the sandwiches. However, when we checked, both had a lot of mac sauce and pickles. We didn't bother going back to have them fix it and just removed the extra items ourselves. I will say that our food was fresh, and unlike most McDonald's worldwide, I love that the McDonald's here in Hawaii sell the OG fried apple pies. I think next time the staff prepping the meals just needs to pay attention, especially to custom orders. Thank you!“
