I worked at McDonald's in high school, and it hasn't changed much since then: It's hot, tiring work that requires a lot of energy to remain positive and upbeat for customers. Given that the pandemic has already affected your business, it's urgent that you offer paid sick leave / self-quarantine time to your employees, so that they can recuperate from home and not potentially spread illness to others. Your customers will also benefit from a healthy workforce. #NotLovingIt #StrikeForBlackLives

Many workers at this location have tested positive for COVID-19. To protect workers, customers, and our communities from infection, McDonald’s must give all workers access to paid sick and family leave NOW. McDonald’s says it believes that Black Lives Matter but until it listens to Black workers and meets their demands for paid leave and other basic protections, its words mean nothing. #NotLovingIt #StrikeForBlackLives
