I ordered by drive thru around 3:20pm today & while i was paying my order the lady cashier didn't even looked at my face & didn't smile or said thank you,bad customer service from the staff,i didn't get her name & the staff at the pickup window didn't knew the cashiers name

Drive thru was short line even with one lane closed to construction..
We ordered our meal on the kiosk. We used our McDonald's app and took advantage of their Monday Big Mac Deal where you purchase the meal and you get a Big Mac sandwich for free. We customized both burgers and asked for light mac sauce and no pickles. They printed the custom labels on the sandwiches. However, when we checked, both had a lot of mac sauce and pickles. We didn't bother going back to have them fix it and just removed the extra items ourselves. I will say that our food was fresh, and unlike most McDonald's worldwide, I love that the McDonald's here in Hawaii sell the OG fried apple pies. I think next time the staff prepping the meals just needs to pay attention, especially to custom orders. Thank you!

Is a pretty much normal McDonald's the thing that isn't all that great is the soda machine is closed so you can't refill your drink and you got to order at the kiosk and then yeah there's like no service at all because I don't know there's just no one at the cash register
