I'm waiting outside at 7:12 am and the dining area has not opened it does say online it is suppose to be open also when ordering inside it take 15 minutes to get food as well as the customer service being no existent the food is always old like seriously you come to the big island for luxury what kinda crap is this?

Paid extra for extra s’mores on my McFlurry and got basically vanilla ice cream with a light s’mores topping. You guys are always messing up. I usually try and ignore the constant mistakes you guys make but this is just ridiculous. A pre schooler could do this.
Found hair in my food and I got scammed my total was 2 dollars and they took out 100 dollar out of my card made me pay for more then what I got I dislike McDonalds on hamburger hill had a bad experience with the micro that work over there they don’t even know how to work at the most simplest job ever

They had no drinks, the soda fountain was closed with a sign saying it wasn't working. And in a not so surprising twist, not ice products either. The kiosk ordering did not reflect either of those restrictions. The tables were all sticky and left unclean, despite the fact that there was only 1 other family dining in. The food tasted good and the one interaction we did have with the staff was good.

Never imagined i would ever have to leave a comment for a mcdonald's. It claims to open at 6am and i arrived at 7 with no signs of operating. A number of people were also waiting outside the store with me. Not until a lady came out and say they do not open until 8. I came from overseas and i think this is the most ridiculous mcdonald's u have ever seen in the world.

Stay away from them new chicken fingers. They are awful. Frozen Tyson chicken fingers in the microwave are better quality than those plastic, preservative flavored things. Very disappointed. And, no, McDonald's, don't ask me to contact you. I don't want a coupon if it means I have to go back in a McDonald's.
