Ordered a steamed fish and got a 1.5lbs sea bream. The fish was very fresh and quickly prepared. The price was fair.

The lunch specials were very fatty and chewy chicken/beef. Tasted like old leftovers.

Not a buffet. Not as advertised. Waste of time.

Delicious Chinese food. 7 people ate there and the price was reasonable. The taste was also very good.

Crowded, poor service, hard to park... Definitely family style, not romantic or a la carte (for dinner, at least). After all that, this is my GF's favorite place for Chinese in Kona. Food was actually good, but American Chinese (Cantonese / Hong Kong style), and not really authentic Mandarin or spicy / hot (none of Hunan, ChongQing, Xian, Guilin, HangZhou, Fouzian, Peking... styles). Basic, good, not cheap; not too expensive. Someme really good dishes. Crispy chicken (fried chicken bits), pork eggplant, pork and string beans... Tgere were others... I'd go here again! (But, really, what are my choices). Recommended for famiky night, NOT date night...

We originally Googled to find this place, and we thought it was an oceanfront restaurant... although it's not Oceanfront it is a pleasant atmosphere and the food is actually surprisingly good for a good value. Probably the best tofu I've ever

Ordered stir fry noodles with chicken and sweet and sour pork only to get dry noodles and very small amount of chicken and the sweet and sour port was all fat. It was not good and they didn't want to I even hear what I had to say. 40 us dollars for nothing.

We brought our fresh catch (mahi mahi) in this evening and everyone was so kind and helpful in deciding how to prepare it. They prepared it in 4 different ways!!! It was SO VERY GOOD!!! Would definitely go back!!!

Lots of the low reviews are for the buffet, which does not exist anymore. It's a very solid restaurant.

I grew up on Cantonese/ American Chinese food (family from Hong Kong) and this is exactly what Ocean Seafood offers.Tonight’s takeout consisted of pescatarian friendly old faithfuls… salt + pepper fish and garlic tofu + broccoli. Delicious!Very much enjoyed the food and the online ordering was very convenient. Lovely people running the restaurant. Would be great if they can label the meat free dishes on the menu but for now, it’s ono ?
