Nice atmosphere, but pale ale did not live up to description.

Perfect stop before the airport. Unassuming industrial area. We were thrifting- 3 places within proximity. Lit and under the radar! Delicious drinks, gorgeous view and breeze. Plus great service. Will def come back when I am in town again. I don't particularly like IPA so had a "hard seltzer something or other" -lillikoi guava I think. I have a feeling you can't go wrong whatever you order. They have flights too. Place is solid and food truck right out front.

Ono tacos were delicious, and very careful regarding my allergies! Thank you!

Little brother to the bucket list brewery Kona Brewing Co, but definitely worth a stop while bar-hopping Kailua-Kona! Just a few (convoluted) blocks away from Kona, but mostly uphill. Very good brews in an industrial vibe space, with both indoor and outdoor space and a very welcoming staff.

Kitchen was closed but you can bring in outside food. Nice selection of beer, seltzer, cider and hard teas/juices.

With all the ripoff, high priced parking now (started October 1, 2023) in the downtown Kona area, it was an easy choice to grab a brew elsewhere (actually, anywhere). Stopped in with a local friend (he too doesn't want to go downtown Kona because of the paid parking). They have a decent selection of brews and hard seltzers here. Prices are up everywhere and this place is no exception. We didn't eat any food on our stop here. But we came back again about a week later. But I did look over the menu and saw some tempting items. Again, things are a little pricey but not outrageous like the parking in downtown Kona! I only saw a street parking, but believe there's another lot. If you're looking for a place to chill and grab a couple brews, you might want to give this place a shot.

Really great brewery tucked on the road back behind Target and near Paradise Bakery. Definitely more of a Millennial/Gen Z crowd, but they offer some terrific beers and fresh brewed teas for non-drinkers. Loved the decor inside. Beertender was friendly. Would recommend!

Ola Brew is a cool spot with a great vibe and some impressive brews. The location sets the stage for a pleasant experience, and everything flowed smoothly during my visit. The food was tasty, and the service was on point, adding to the overall enjoyment. What stood out were the drinks - I relished the diverse range of weird and wonderful flavors they offered. A definite recommendation for those seeking a unique and enjoyable brewpub experience.

Absolutely wonderful experience here! Walked here after Kona was unexpectedly closed. What a great find! We both tried flights, and I love that they have such a wide variety of drinks! Beer (of course), seltzer, hard juice, hard tea, etc. Unfortunately we were on a time crunch and couldn't stay super long, but did end up back here on my last day to enjoy a beer. Each of the employees were so friendly, so helpful and happy to make recommendations and check on us sitting outside. They are also dog friendly, both inside and out! Definitely recommend a trip to Ola Brewing.

This place makes you Ohana from the first pour. They have some great beers, unique ciders, seltzers, and hard teas. Unfortunately, during my visit the kitchen was done for some remodeling work. A must do stop while on the Big Island! Mahalo!

Kudos to Ola Brew for their customer service and their food! I was on vacation in Kailua Kona, and met some friends at Ola Brew for their Monday night trivia contest, which draws a big crowd. I ordered their poké bowl, and after too long of a wait we checked with the wait staff on the status of our meal. For whatever reason the poké was not available and our server apologized profusely and comped our entire meal and drinks. I was invited to order a different dish, on the house, and enjoyed my chicken Caesar salad and purple potato salad. I would've loved to have their poké bowl, but it was not meant to be. Trivia night was still fun!

Great hazy IPAs and nice outdoor seating area. Plenty of space and no wait time unlike nearby brewery.

So fun! Went to trivia night - great crowd, very into the trivia match. Excellent beers- also some hard juices/ ciders. Food was on point - super good smash burger, flatbread and poke fries! Place has big growth opportunity ! Also went to the one in Hilo- different food, different vibe but also amazing beers and staff.

Love this place! Great beer! Friendly staff! And bike friendly unlike some other breweries in Kona.
