It was horrible. It really wasn't good. I got the shrimp. I got the Orange Chicken. It tasted old and chewy. None of it was good. I'd look good, but it wasn't good.

The fried rice here is tasteless! Every other pandas I go to the fried rice is good this is the only location that can’t cook fried rice.

Super long line.. 10-15 wait… there was absolutely no vegetables.. as a side dish..and my double orange chicken was absolutely burnt.. it was awful and when I tried called the kona store … No one answered .. I the staff was very professional but absolutely under staffed the rubbish was piled high in all the trash bins… sad and pathetic kona Panda Express.. I took a picture of the food.. and ohhh yeah!!! I was told they don’t give samples out??

I thought everything was awesome. Like literally my first time eating at a Panda Express. Reasonable price and delicious Chinese American food. 3 entrees and a side for 15 bucks is a good deal, it fed 4 small Asians haha.

Went here on 4th of July for lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. But the workers kept busy and actually was working and cleaning and cooking; they didn’t just stand around. The staff working was very pleasant and nice. Had great customer service. Greeted us as we walked in.

Got food poisoning the first time eating here, I registered a complaint and they did nothing about it. Weeks later I returned I waited inline at the register for 10-15 min, only to be told they could only take cash. They could have easily logged into the second register and taken card. Highly disappointing service.

They are making doordash drivers fill drinks. A lot of drivers don't have food handlers permits and shouldn't be handling cup lids after grabbing doorhandles all day.

Ive said it before and I'll say it again but probably the most inconsistent panda I've ever been to. Every where else when I get it, it tastes the same but not here. Lo mein noodles? You mean cabbage with noodles. Kung pao either too much peanuts or to little and and same with the chili's that are supposed to be in it

DEFINITELTY WOULD HELP IF PANDA EXPRESS HIRED FAIRLY!!!!!!
