Went here on 4th of July for lunch and it wasn’t busy at all. But the workers kept busy and actually was working and cleaning and cooking; they didn’t just stand around. The staff working was very pleasant and nice. Had great customer service. Greeted us as we walked in.

I've been coming here for years. When it's on point, there is honestly no better value in all of Kona. Even when the food is off or not optimal it's still a solid choice. The service is very robotic, but usually polite. I like the new loyalty system.

Vegetarian options: There are tofu and other vegetarian dishes.

Parking: During lunch peak parking can be a little frustrating but there is almost always a spot in the strip mall parking lot.

We ate at this Panda Express twice while in the Big Island. The service was average. Food quality was on par. You can order any item to be freshly made like I did with the egg plant and tofu as little was left.I also like that the to-go container was potfirated so that you can spilt it into two plates for sharing. The dine in area is quite spacious and there were a few tables for outdoor dining. It is also nice that they give out courtesy water since we are not soda drinkers.One...
