Probably the worst Pizza Hut so far, lights out over the buffet with Pizza slices that looked cold and hard so we ordered off the menu, took dude about 20 minutes to finally come and take our order for an order of breadsticks and a large pan pepperoni lovers pizza with extra cheese and the garlic buttery blend crust finish. We got our order about 25 minutes later, cheese sticks were burnt black all around the edges and a thin crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. I did not want to wait another half an hour for a pizza made the way we asked for it to be made, since we had already been here for 45 minutes so we took the stupid pizza that was made for "who knows" and burnt cheese sticks and did what we had to do since it was our first meal of the day at around 2pm and we were starving and not to mention had driven over a 100 Miles from the opposite side of the island for business and chose this crappy establishment to eat at. Never returning to this Pizza Hut ever again and I will be sure to blow this place up on social media for the crappy service and food we got.

Stay away from this eatery. Not the continental US stores. Just this one. OMG. No pizza during the first 1.5 hours of the buffet. Then pan pizza only. They will not serve thin crust....because it's against store policy. Uh, what? So because it won't stay hot. Sound stupid? It only gets better. But the dough in the pan pizza was put on the buffet raw. So it was a walk out. Then we found a smattering of crappy reviews that could have saved us an hour of our lives that we can't get back. This place needs to shut the doors ASAP. Or just serve soppy noodles to street kids who are just happy to have a hot meal. That's it! Serve the needy community. A charity restaurant for people with no money. Then maybe they will get more than one star reviews. Problem solved.

I just had the most awesome surprise at my door. I went to Pizza Hut earlier in the day for lunch, 6 hours ago. I didn't realize I left my wallet on the counter. The Manager, Francis, knocked on my door, he had my wallet with everything still in there & my Baby's Snack bowl :o. I am very grateful that he took the time to bring it to my house after his long shift. I AM BEYOND WOWED! He said he brought it because no one called the restaurant to look for it. I told him I hadn't realized I didn't have my wallet, as I always pay with Samsung Pay on my phone & only use cash for tip. Talk about being a good person & going Above & Beyond! Lunch was yummy & it will be dinner & breakfast as well. I got the 2 medium, 2 topping deal for $7.99 each Corporate will definitely be hearing about Francis & his level of customer service, Mahalo!

Called their number for hotel delivery. Took 3 times to correct the order. Let's see if it's correct. Had to repeat info. Should have ordered Domino's. She hung up on me.we will see
Id like to thank The pizza hut staff for comforting myself my daughters and grandkids . we encountered some assholes outside of their parking lot . after all said and done they made sure we were ok and we ate the buffet and they were so kind to us. Evan and the whole staff thank you for a great time and meal. We appreciate it. Aloha Shannon and babies

They don't deliver to Kona, yet they come up as delivery near me. They are less then 15 minutes away from me, shame. The least they can do is update their page to contain accurate information. Offered to tip driver 20$ to drive lmao!

Good that they exist and provide services and that extra option of culinary flavor, some great staff recently doing their bit to keep it going, and quite clean in and out, and not at all bad regarding food
