Below average shave ice and the location makes it kinda pricy. Skip this place and go to Ululani's. 100% better.

If you're in Kailua-Kona and want a sweet treat, Scandinavian Shave Ice is the place to go.You can get (you guessed it) shave ice in a wide variety of flavors, with a large number of optional add-ons as well. If you aren't sure what flavor you want, the have a menu of popular options.In addition to the shave ice, they also have some pretty great Dole Whip.I've been here multiple times on multiple trips, and the service is consistently excellent. Fast, friendly, helpful, and efficient.

This place is the best shave ice I've seen. Their ice is super fluffy and their flavors so good. Amazingly patient customer service and honestly that place you keep thinking about for days afterwards.

The natural favors for VERY good, highly recommend the lychee!!!Best snow cones in town ?.They won multiple awards and there were well-deserved.
The food was great, the staff seemed inconvenienced they were were even there, and even more unhappy we were there. Throwing stuff around the kitchen, un professional manner, and cursing. We ordered 5 shaved ice all with ice cream, but the service was very rude and we felt unwanted and we just dropped $30 on a snow cone. Severs should be happy to see their customer to make a shaved ice, it’s their job and what they’re paid to do….even if they’ve had a bad day….as everyone does, and that may be they should be a little more enthusiastic, and more friendly. Customers are sad for our poor customer service. ??

Pretty good shaved ice! The ones in Hawaii really are just much better than elsewhere - super soft and perfectly soaked by the syrups. Service here seemed a little impatient, but that didn't faze us too much. The portion sizes are quite large and generous, and my friends and I shared a medium amongst the 3 of us which was the right amount. We just got the POG and pina colada flavors, both of which were good! I liked the POG more but the pina colada was quite an accurate representation of the drink flavor. A good refreshing treat!
