Excellent food with an amazing view. Prices are reasonable, food is great, service is very friendly and fast. We ordered the lava flow pina colada with lilikoi swirl, which did not really taste like lilikoi but was very good nonetheless.

A few nights ago we got to Kona in the evening and after checking into our hotel we just wanted to go somewhere close and get something to eat, so we decided on Splashers. They were packed and we had to sit at the bar for a bit before a table opened up for us. It was a pretty reasonable wait time (maybe 15 min). So far, every staff member we've come into contact with is top-notch in professionalism, but yet friendly enough to take a few moments to make each guest feel welcome and noticed. The view is fantastic, open sided seating with a view of the ocean and the pier. Our food and drinks were perfectly prepared, presentation was beautiful and as attractive to the eye as the taste was to the taste buds. Our hotel has a deal with Splashers to provide their breakfasts, with three options. I expected them to be skimpy, as most hotel breakfasts are. Not so! Even their breakfast options for the hotel are excellent, and we've tried two of the three options. There regular menu selections look pretty good too. We went back to Splashers for last night's dinner after eating at a few other places, and we were amazed at the difference. Our waiter Ty--super awesome at his job, I just say--remembered us (by mentioning uncommon details in conversation, and even where we were seated the last time. He even mentioned us to the shift manager, as we were here for our 25th wedding anniversary, and the manager came over to greet us. I am absolutely in love with this restaurant and I highly suspect we will eat here a few more times before we leave.

Awesome!!! Super good and Damian was an excellent server. Quick service, very friendly. Loved the breeze. Went the next day due to flight cancellation/delay. Manager knows her job well! Love to see a good manager. Only thing that I found interesting was my dish. I got the salmon again (lunch) and it was about twice the size as the supper meal I had for the same price.

the food is delicious and the staff friendly ~ fave dinner - drunken ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes, lunch - Cuban sandwich, breakfast - Kona omelet... have never had a bad meal here

The staff is forgetful and not attentive. The view is amazing! My husband loves the hash browns, though we have gotten them when it seemed the chef had smashed them down with a spatula and they lost their crispness. The chicken in the enchilada omelette is tender, shredded, full of flavor and moist. Bloody Mary and fruit bowl both need improvement

This restaurant remains one of our favorites for Friday Pau Hana. The service and food are really above and beyond. I had the captains platter with a variety of fish served with a fresh vegetable medley. Just delicious. My partner had the Friday special Prime Rib which was a very large cut cooked to perfection served with mashed potatoes and the vegetables. A lovely evening. Thank you Chuck. We’ll see you again.

Horrible! Half of the dishes brought to our table were dirty. Food stuck to the insides of the water glasses, plates grimy. My daughter found a dead bug in her macaroni. We decided to leave a few minutes later. In our haste, we mistakenly forgot to put our masks back on as we exited the restaurant. As we were passing by, one of the employees quite rudely scolded us for not wearing them. After my family got to the parking lot, I went back and let the employee know about our unfortunate dining experience. He dismissed me by saying "Yeah ok thank you!". I also informed him that I had photos and would be leaving a negative review, to which I received the same dismissive response.Owner reached out to me and asked me to email him to get the issue resolved so I did. He then blocked me from commenting on the Facebook page and never replied to my email. Disappointing but not surprising after the experience we had there.

Good food on the beachfront in Kona. The service was excellent. You can eat good tasting food while watching out into the ocean. The only thing I'd say it lacks is parking.
The food was good. The burger was amazing! The seafood chowder was okay,mostly potatoes but tasted good. Crab cakes were tasty for the appetizer.

Horribel! Half of the dishes brought to our table were dirty. Food stuck to the insides of the water glasses, plates grimey. My daughter found a dead bug in her macaroni. Food was average at best. Men cussing like sailors a few feet away from our table at the bar. So much for family friendly. Huge dead cockroach in the restroom. Staff was friendly other than one snarky man who scolded us for not wearing masks as we were leaving the fully OUTDOOR restaurant. We came here to celebrate our daughters 6th birthday so tried not to turn it into a negative experience. $85 lesson learned! Won't ever be returning here. Get it together Splasher's!

First time to dinner after reopening and we had a great night! Very clean and organized with hand sanatizer station at door and all employees wearing masks correctly! Chuck was our energetic server and was on point! The bartender, Cory, made me a perfect lychee martini and a maitai for my friend. The food came out quickly and was de-lish! We had the ribs and chicken avocado melt with chowder, my favourite! I've been to some other restaurants in town since the pandemic and this by far is #1 on my list! Thank u for the lovely evening!
