The worst Starbucks that I have ever been to ..and I frequent them multiple times a week. Rude staff, dismissive and seemed irritated after asking them to correct the order. They all seemed miserable. The store and bathroom was incredibly disgusting and filthy! Not coming back.

Could not get any food. The heating for sandwiches was not able to keep up so no hot sandwiches. Not good at breakfast. They need more heating ability.

Really nice. Convenient, on the SW corner of Henry Street & Kuakini Hwy. Bacon, Gouda, & Egg Sandwich on Ciabatta roll was excellent. No crowd at 1145. Definitely will be back.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. The female employee who I assume is the manager is out of control. She yelled at me and then refused me service after I tried to throw my dog's potty bag in their outside dumpster. I have never had such hostility and amount of unprofessionalism at a store before. What kind of employee actually takes the time to walk out from behind the counter and walk outside to their trash can area to yell at a customer ? My dog was leashed to a chair on their patio and I was just trying to come inside their store to order my daily drink. I wasn't trying to bring my dog inside the store and I wasn't trying to throw his potty bag in a trash can inside this door. When I walked inside the manager was speaking to the cashier and then the manager walked into the back and the cashier actually turned his back to me and never turned back around to take my order. Something needs to be done about them. It was crazy.
