I came 2 min before they closed and they told first that they run out of coffee then that they have nothing to serve now,I asked why before closing they can not Selle anything but they pulled time and told that it is 8.00 pm. Discussing service.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well-staffed this location was. There were four awesome young men working who were very polite and had my drink made perfectly in no time flat. I also noticed that this cafe has expansive amounts of brightly-lit window seating. Actually more seating than most stand-alone Starbucks locations. Thanks for the five star experience!

We go to a lot of coffee places, and a lot of Starbucks on the main land, this was by far our worst customer experience we’ve ever had. Ryan who made our drinks made our first drink incorrect, we had to ask to have it re made he then messed it up a second time and argued with me on what the drink was. I had to pull up my Starbucks app to prove him wrong even after that he still refused to acknowledge. 2/4 drinks were incorrect.

When asked barista for a few packets of sugar after the purchase, he told me to go back in line and wait again so that his co worker at register next to him gives it to me. ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!

Starbucks drink quality is fine, but all of the charging ports are disabled.
Rose, the young lady with long hair that took my order needs retraining in customer service skills. No “hello, what can I get started” or even a “have a nice day”. Very basic customer service skills are non existent. We stared at eachother for a few seconds before I went ahead and gave her my order. I left and not a word from her. Shame shame shame.

April 28,2023...9:30 on a Friday Morning they cant serve breakfast because their oven is not working that's understandable but having no cold brew ready and no sign stating it... after a 10 minute wait in line is inexcusable!!!

Lillian and Misty at the Starbucks in the hotel were extremely friendly, took the time to help me with my orders and were extremely knowledgeable on the drinks they provide at the hotel Starbucks! Extremely helpful for those that need coffee to make or order coffee!
