Not enough employees. Busy. People got tired of waiting, ask for refunds and left.... ,,,......... I gave this review. A few days later. I've received a response from the owner. It was a bot response. And the owner's response basically said nothing. It basically said. Thank you for the response and we'll take this in the consideration. But it wasn't a response of any type. And it gave you no other way to respond than the way that I am. What a cop out. The owner of this place is a franchise owner. This is not a corporate store. It doesn't live up to the expectations of a corporate store and the owner doesn't care about anything except pocketing its own wallet. If he cared, he would have sent a personal response. This is not a Starbucks worth it giving your money to.

It’s sad the Starbucks near Honokohau is closed and we are left with this Starbucks, first thing first if your going through the drive through make sure you have a pillow and blanket every time I go hear your waiting at least 30mintues for your drinks, second every single barista that took my order has been rude not greeting just saying “what do you want” like what??? Third thing food is cold and never warm even after requesting it to be warmed and now for the drinks I’m a Starbucks fanatic and get it everyday every time I go here the coffee taste BURNT not like a little like several burnt like after a barbecue eat the left over wood that’s what it taste like, this is a cry for Honokohau Starbucks to reopen PLEASE DONT LEAVE US WITH THIS MESS

I love Starbucks ❤️. It doesn't matter which store I go too it is always a good experience!!!I worked for 10 yrs as a Starbucks manager. My favorite job ever. I wish the Partners now knew how lucky they are to be employed by such a great company. Buy there stock for your future??

I have been going to this starbucks since march 2023 and they always get my order right , always happy and pleasant to talk to.Quick service and nice atmosphere.I look forward to my visits to the drive through or the restaurant .Love my starbucks peeps ! :)
