Worst Starbucks in Kona. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive. They constantly get orders wrong and get angry when you ask them to fix them. Half the time they don't even ask your name. I am always polite and tip. Many of my coworkers come here on a regular basis and always met with nasty attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you hate your jobs, find new ones! And clean yourselves up a little.. they often look sloppy.

I don’t expect a lot from Starbucks but the staff here are some of the rudest I’ve ever witnessed. They don’t smile. Barely even say hello. Clearly don’t want you there, and don’t want to be there either. The harbor is night and day. This store needs to be shut down or a complete change in staff.

Sorry to say, but just ordered a cold $5+ drink and it was served to me in a cup smaller than a tiny coffee cup, filled with ice. 4 sips it was gone. That’s over $1.50 a sip? Then the falafel sandwich was in a wrap so small it was about 1/2 the size of my palm. Is this normal? I have never ordered these things at this location. Also, you really can’t tell it’s open. Maybe the downsizing would not need to be so major if customers could tell you are open so you could double your profit? Maybe an open flag and a starbucks flag you take down at night? Just a friendly suggestion. Oh, and install plugs for your guests to be able to charge their phones. There are no customer plugs in this location… a first for a Starbucks that is frequented by remote workers who again, add to the bottom line. Hope you can make adjustments and stay open for the community:)

I just ordered a vanilla bean frappe with almond milk and java chips and tried the drink and it taste like water with chocolate chips in it!! Im good never again.

This Starbucks is pretty average overall. The drinks are consistent with what you’d expect from the brand, but the service was below par. The staff seemed disorganized and not very friendly, which made the experience less enjoyable. It’s fine if you’re just grabbing a quick coffee, but don’t expect anything above the bare minimum here.
Went through the drive. There sandwiches are wounderful for on the go. I ordered a peppermint frappe, wounderful. Made my day!!

I usually prefer to patronize local coffee shops over corporate monsters. But let's face it, when it comes to the frappe, nobody does it better than a SB frappucino! I entered this location on a Sunday afternoon and was shocked at how busy it was. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the cafe was full of people. I placed my order and watched as I waited. There were two girls and one young man that had to be the hardest working people I have ever seen. Literally running here and there cranking out drink after endless drink! But what really impressed me was the way that they never stopped smiling! I got my drink in less than 10 minutes. I felt refreshed from sitting in the ice cold A/C and my Double Mint Java Chip Frappucino was impeccable! I really want to thank the awesome folks working that day for doing such an outstanding job! 🤙
