Stood in line as an in person customer, and ordered online to save the workers time running the cash having to swap new gloves on and off, and then was pushed to the back of the online order queue because the worker doesn't understand that I'm trying to help THEM save time. Was almost given a half a wrap instead of the full Flatbread until I corrected that mistake. Went from my favorite subway location that I have been eating at every day to the worst. Don't bother ordering online to save them time in store because it will be your loss. Crazier than my experience is that another guy sat in line for a good 10 min until he got to the counter for them to tell him at that point that they only take cash.. because they had turned off their machine because they were "too busy" I guess they don't want your business even if you're in person. The lady was friendly somehow making the wrap but the whole experience was the worst I've seen by far in thousands of visits to subway.

This is a nice Subway. I went here while visiting Kona and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into here and ordered Subway's foot long cookie. This cookie was about an inch thick and twelve inches long, so it was as filling as an actual sandwich. There were plenty of chocolate chips inside, and the cookie came out hot so the chips were melting, which tasted great. I took this cookie with me when I went snorkeling, and it was a pretty good snack. I gave this Subway five stars because it has tasty foot long cookies.
Parking: There's a large parking lot outside the restaurant because it's in a strip mall.
Kid-friendliness: There are cookies, which kids like.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users can roll into this restaurant but someone would have to hold the door open for them. The sidewalk outside the restaurant is separated from the parking lot by a curb.

Online orders are prioritized over in store orders. After a long 30 min wait, when it was my turn, I was told I need to wait till they complete an online order. They could have told that before instead of making me wait.Pathetic service. In store customers are treated like third class citizens.

This subway is a hit & miss, but more commonly a miss. The sandwich is always skimpy and today I was missing banana peppers, jalapeños, spinach & jack cheese. Not one, but 4 missing items! Heck no! So I called down to let them know I was coming in and expected a new sandwich. After the long drive back down to subway, Tiffany procedes to tell me that she can only give me a 6" after I purchased a footlong. This place is a complete joke with incompetent customer service!
