There was a BOGO coupon available on the app. Once I got in after waiting 30 mins after putting a order online then they tell me they don't take it. Then proceeds to tell me to just cancel my order. At which I told her I can't cancel it and that a manager needs to void my transaction. Totally bullshit , never coming here again.

Employee was clearly high on something, misheard “build your own sub” as churro and rung me up $25 for a spicy Italian with 4 ingredients: pep, salami, jalapeños, and red onions.

I was super polite because I am decent person but that’s not right, she asked me if I want the receipt, I said yes just to save it.

Probably tried to take advantage of me. Disputing the charge. Charged me for double meat salami even though I only asked for the normal amount of salami :(

First. The only reason they got 1 star is we don’t have a zero star option. This subway is more miss than hit. Subway has a current coupon for buy one get one which we took advantage of 2 days ago. We placed an order today on their app and we were able to place this order using this coupon but when we arrived we were told they wouldn’t accept the coupon. Which is fine we understand that to a point. however they refused to make our sandwiches regardless whether we were going to pay full price or not and threw our receipt at us from across the counter. This is one of the many horrible experiences we have had with this specific subway. We have always had issues with this subway running out of ingredients such as bread, specific meats, and of course anything else you could possibly put on a sandwich. Get it together people! No longer a client of this subway!!

I’m not the type to write reviews but I felt it was necessary especially with what I’m dealing with. I got food there the day before yesterday. Made my stomach so upset, I’m still dealing with the pain today. Bad cramps & constant trips to the bathroom. Im not the only one that’s experiencing this, me & my bf are still experiencing really bad stomach pain & aches. Never experienced such pain from food. Good service the lady’s were nice but just the quality of food is horrendous. Ordered their footlong dipper & I've had it before at other chain subways never had a problem until I got them from there. Super dry & probably expired. A lot of negligence with food supply there. It was either the food quality or hygiene issues I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. I’m never getting subway again especially from that place. So unless you want a sore stomach, I would not recommend eating there.

This place is crazy and don’t want to customer come in during lunch hrs because they doing clean up floor.that’s girl crazy and fighting with All people.she doesn’t care about customers specially that location.subway need to take action

This place is crazy. We were served by a very high strung employee that was frustrated at pretty much everything in life. Lots of cussing and very low on almost all toppings.

I also got a kick out of the sign slapped on the door - the employees are clearly not interested in working too much today.

Bad service, overcharged (charged for footlong when given 6") dirty store and fountain machine "broken" so conveniently have to buy more expensive bottled drinks. Will not come back to this location.

Came for lunch. CO2 was out of fountain machine, might be a shortage on island. Was a few places like this, so bottles and canned drinks only.

I placed an online order at this location, after another location cancelled my order. They marked the order as completed, even though they hadn't started the order by the time I arrived. They also did not follow the special instructions that were stated in the order, with the employee stating that they did not receive the instructions, even though the special instructions were printed at the very top of my receipt, as well on their order print out. I would avoid this location.

This is by far the worst Subway that I have ever been to in my life. The employees have zero desire to service customers with respect or in a timely manner. No matter how many times they are addressed, the sandwiches are always made incorrectly, and orders that are sent are incomplete. The service at this subway is atrocious, and I advise eating anywhere else.
