I would give this place a zero if I could. I placed an order and when we arrived, the employee was sitting there looking at her phone. When my husband asked for our order, she said she didn't know there was an online order because she was on her phone. We waited 40 minutes for 6 sandwiches. We took the bag and went on our trip. As we left we realized that our order was incomplete. We were missing all drinks and 3 bags of chips. My kids placed their orders on my phone so my husband didn't know they ordered drinks. I'm so upset because of the long wait which added more time to our trip and I tipped online and items were missing. We won't be returning here.

My experience at Subway is typically a 3 star experience. I only went here because the Mexican place next door was closed. However this place was awesome. The sandwich artist legit was trying to make the 3 foot longs I got look just like the pictures. I'm sure he put wayyy more meat than he was supposed to but it tasted great.

NOTE: This happened back in early August, but it's been sitting in my drafts for a while and I forgot about it, so here it is. This is absolutely the LAST time I go to this location and unlike other places where I've said that (because sometimes I'll have a moment of weakness and go back to a place if I'm in a hurry or whatever, NOT here) because one of their employees literally STOLE from me. Yes, you read that correctly, one of the employees at this Subway location, a local shorter overweight woman, STOLE $12.14 from me! I ordered a wrap in person (not online or on the app, in other words but in person) and when I went to pay, I slid my card and it said it was approved on the card terminal thing, but the employee said that it didn't go through because the printer was out of receipt paper, so it cancelled out the transaction. Uh I'm sorry, WHAT?! How are the two even remotely related in any way? How does that make ANY kind of sense whatsoever? I've never, EVER seen a transaction fail to process on ANY Point of Sale machine because the printer was out of paper, not even once, because the bank doesn't care if you get a receipt or not, nor does the business, as it's not like a law or anything that there MUST be a record of EVERY transaction, so receipts are required. Oh and I know she was full of it too, by the way, because I called my bank and confirmed that I was in fact double-charged (this last sentence is added post-incident, a couple months later, so I know I was double-charged). I used to stop in and get a wrap once per week at least. Not anymore. I hope it was worth it, because this is $12 (at least) per week, EVERY WEEK that you just lost because I don't do business with people/companies that steal from me. Call me crazy, but I don't want to walk into a business and be stolen from. I want to pay the agreed upon price to get the agreed upon product, not pay twice as much as I should for the same thing. Don't help yourself to a free tip next time, because it's not my fault someone didn't tip what you thought you should've gotten. I was going to leave a couple bucks cash too, but with the confusion I forgot and now I'm glad I didn't since the greedy employee decided to try to help herself to my hard-earned money. I work hard for my money too hun, you're not the only one. Oh and we don't even HAVE a tip jar at MY work like y'all do at your work, but you don't see me LITERALLY STEALING from MY customers to force them to leave a tip for me and thus make up the difference. Know why? I'D GET FIRED ON THE DAMN SPOT IF I TRIED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, THEY'RE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND WILL, I REPEAT *WILL*, OVERCHARGE/DOUBLECHARGE YOU AND LIE ABOUT IT. BADLY LIE, I MIGHT ADD. I'm currently on hold with my debit card company to dispute the second charge. I will ABSOLUTELY never go back to this location again, EVER. I don't appreciate being STOLEN FROM. Theft is a CRIME, Subway. What your employee did was THEFT and the lie she told made ZERO sense whatsoever and makes it look like it was actually intentional. EDIT: I actually WAS double-charged, confirmed with my bank. Enjoy your free $12 tip hun. I guarantee I'll be contacting corporate over this, because I don't appreciate being stolen from. I hope it was worth your job, thief.

Came to this spot at 7.50pm to find out it’s closed. The guy was still there but it was all wrapped up. He didn’t acknowledge me or anything, just kept going about his business. Keep in mind that Google maps say that the closing time is 9pm but outside the store it says 8.30pm. I guess it doesn’t matter if they close early anyway lol. Wish I read the reviews before making my way here!

Always out of basic to make sandwiches. If you use the app they wait one of their in-store customers before they print it out to make the sandwiches. Sandwiches placed through the app have been totally wrong missing parts and missing key ingredients.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered food and they closed down the store before I could as it up. They mentioned they stop taking orders at 8 pm and they accepted my order. Got to the store and two guys didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Very bad customer service. They will close down at 8 pm not 8:30 as stated!
