First time in a Taco Bell in 25 years.
There’s literally a sign that says customers placing an order in person is a lower priority than customers placing an orders on the touch screen.
There is no menu posted menu.
There were several touchpad islands where you can place an order yourself. Very large interactive screens that you select your choices by touching the item. These screens were literally covered with layers of fingerprints. Visibly covered.
I did see the staff coming out to clean tables and empty the trash, but no one cleaned those screens.

9/13/25 arrived at about 12:00 on a Saturday afternoon and got in line. The manager yelled from the back, “anyone waiting in line trying to order, be advised, it will be a 45 minute to an hour wait for food.” So we left.

Terrible. Always workers outside just chilling during lunch time. There could be only 2 people in front of me and the drive through is closed and I still don't get my food for 30 minutes and then it's cold. Bro. This taco bell makes me want to eat del taco instead which is crazy cuz del taco is mid.
This may be the worst run Taco Bell ever! If I could have rated it zero stars, I would have. They are constantly understaffed. They always seem to throw the food together, so it's a mess and made very poorly. The hours of operation are a joke. They close so early we can never eat there after work for dinner. The wait times are longer than most sit-down restaurants, so don't expect fast food. Also, expect to wonder why it took so long when you see how poorly your food was made. This Taco Bell needs new owners / management ASAP! For best Taco Bell on the island and an example of what amazing Taco Bell can be, visit the Taco Bell in Hilo at the Puainako shopping center.

Went there twice and both times. Was horrible shells were stale and smelt old. Mexican pizza was smashed and stuck to the top of the box lid. Doors were locked but there were supposed to be open for an hour already. I had to pound in the door. Manager was so rude and condescending to his employees in front of all the customers. Worst Taco Bell I ever ever been to.
