The hours are so unreliable. Taco bell is supposed to be open late. Here it's 4pm, if your lucky. I tried stopping in to grab a quick bite to eat at 3:25pm on a Friday and they had a sign in the window saying they were already closed for the day.

Kona want to know why your taco bell is not open normal hours..there has to be a root to the madness right....... it is because the District manager is not on island. The DM is very young as well. A young person reaching the position of DM is a great accomplishment but not the end all be all. The DM lacks leadership, drive, and ambition to see that store thrive...each store is set on cruise. An aggressive DM would talk with Kealakehe, Konawaena schools, and work force to host a job fair at the very least. Think about it no Taco bell in Waikoloa village?. So yea, Kona if you want consistency ask for a District Manager solely for the Big Island.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they have put cones in front of the drive thru to close it while there are no other cars behind me multiple times, I've walked in and asked why and the "supervisor" is rude and not helpful at all. They have many issues with 3rd party delivery services and they actively ignore the phone claiming they're too busy. I have called while watching through the window while they're doing nothing at all and I've seen them look at the phone and then ignore it.

DO NOT GO HERE! (… if they’re even open!) my order is always wrong at this location and after 3 times trying here, I’m done. I don’t eat dairy or meat, so after ordering the same thing I’ve gotten at TB for 20 years, and selecting from the veggie menu with NO CHEESE, they still managed to mess it up. when I bring it up to the manager, they say the computer says it’s supposed to have cheese. So either the computer is not programmed correctly, or the manager is lying. Either way, STAY AWAY FROM THE KONA TACO BELL.Vegetarian options: Don’t bother trying to eat here if you have a restricted diet. They will get it wrong 100% of the time.

The hours are very inconsistent, including the drive thru. Never have it delivered vis Door Dash, it's terrible every time. Expect a lengthy wait when visiting. Food is good, it's the service that needs work, and has been needing help for a long time.

I was not expecting a solid experience from Taco Bell, but the place was very clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and the tacos are better here than in Canada.

The various closing times a long with the drive thru being mostly closed is making it hard to want to keep coming here. The food is good, and the employees are great, but corporate needs to invest in hiring more staff to keep this location open.
This place should just close down permanently, or adjust hours online to actually reflect business hours and not just choose that day what they wanna do. It’s 1pm on a Saturday and they say they are closed for the day, multiple times this happens.
