I love the menu here. Vegan, vegetarian, and meat eaters all have a choice. It has a variety a bread and sauces to choose from. My favorite is the Hangry Diver Samme and my friend got the Green Turtle veggie wrap.

Owner blows you off for a phone call if you try to order food. Don’t waste your time.

This is the absolute best dive shop on Hawai’i island. If you are diving, you must dive with them. The owners are the best. The staff is beyond the best. I have been diving with them since the 1990s. Every experience has been the best ever. And I just got my instructor rating during the 2020 COVID19... it went so well!!! Take more classes, get out for more dives, come visit

We did the manta ray dive and then rented tanks for shore diving for the rest of our trip. We had a great time- the staff are friendly and provide a safe boat dive.

Our experience was memorable. We had Neil as our instructor and he taught us a lot about the underwater living creature and shared us his passion. He was very professional and interesting. We had plenty of good food between the dives. On the boat, everything was handled, we didn't have to do anything, it was a fantastic experience. For our night dive, the crew was very welcoming and Keller, the dive animator for the night, was incredibly funny and helpful. We do recommend this dive shop for anyone who wants to have a good diving experience in Kona.

Big business dive company. Poor information about the dive in the shop upon reservation - DM on long distance dive trip told me the direct opposite about what to expect on the dives. Bought new SD card which malfunctioned on several occasions - where told to be patient and try again and then stop by again on several occasions - then none willing to give refund. About 650 dollars spent and just a huge let down. Went with an other and smaller dive shop afterward

I done my open water dive course referral with Jack's and it was everything I hoped it would be.
