Food definitely could have been better. Had fish tacos and they were bland and dry. Also had a mango mimosa that also wasn’t the best. Service started off great then our server seemed to have gotten distracted and never brought back what we asked for. Then had to chase down server for our bill so we could leave. There are a lot of better places to eat.

Kid-friendliness: My wife got sick from the food. The grilled cheese was burned. The hamburger was raw and I ordered med well. The waitress thought I lied so she looked it up sure enough it said med well. If we were alone i would have refused to pay for the mack and cheese and the grilled cheese. The maxk was as hard as a rock.. worst meal I have ever accepted in 81 years. Never eat at this place if you care about your health.

Happy hour 2pm-5pm! Great menu with steak options. Didn’t grab a photo of the volcanic fries they were too bomb to not devour right away. Service was very aloha. Beautiful ocean view or you can watch 1 of the many tvs that offer the sports games. Kid friendly with mocktail options. I’m surprised that there are so many reviews that state the food is flavorless! The food was very satisfying, totally recommend. Just a walk away from the Kona coast resort ?

I am not sure what’s going on, on the island of Kona, but the service is less than anyone would want in a service industry. I have singled out three restaurants in a day and a half and I am dismayed.. Groceries are at an all-time high for price and going to a restaurant and not getting good service when you’re paying higher pricing is reprehensible. If you want tips to go up work on your service and quality is worthy. Very disappointed in 36 hours on Island. I really don’t want to see Hawaii charging an extra $25 to come here on top of what I’m seeing currently. So sad.

They were packed and was short staffed but that didn't stop the awesome service we got.If you want great calamari? This is the go-to place. Their calamari is always soft, never chewy! That's my absolute favorite on their menu! My 2nd fave is the shrimp pasta! OMG! So good!

He got in late on a busy night, staff was swamped, and they managed our table of five just fine! Though things were full because it was busy, the staff was attentive and apologetic. Our drinks strong and food hot and delicious!
I got the Tap house Burger with fries and it was really good. It is a very busy place so be prepared you may have to wait a little. The service is friendly and I received my food pretty fast.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for wheelchairs.

Somehow ended up here three nights in a row while visiting the Big Island. They are on Island Time which is to be expected but it's clearly the locals spot which is great to experience. And the view at sunset is spectacular. Nothing wrong with the food but nothing to write home about either. Still, there is a charm here that keeps me coming back.
