Food continues to be good here. Grass fed beef and hand-pressed patties are very tender and juicy. The local Mauna Kea green iced tea is delicious.

The dining area is dirty. The floor is so sticky my wife nearly lost a shoe. We had to wipe down our table before sitting -crumbs and spills on every table. All of the tables were very wobbly (maybe the cause of all of the aforementioned spills. . . ?).

Prices for sides seem a bit steep ($1.50 for a two-ounce cup with maybe 8 slices of pickled jalapeños?!?).
