Delicious pastor tacos, best I’ve had in 6 years after moving away from TX. All the food was great, with our entire group we tried the fish, shrimp and the pastor tacos as well as the kids enjoying their quesadillas and burritos. Definitely stop here for an amazing meal.

My wife and I were looking for fish tacos. We drove past this little yellow food truck and decided to try it out. Absolutely amazing! I got carnitas tacos and mahi mahi, my wife got shrimp and mahi mahi… they were delicious! We’re from southern CA so we’re used to pretty good Mexican food… Taco Feliz is right up there. I definitely recommend it!

I really wanted to like the place, but when handed an open plate as it started to sprinkle, while having a very long wait being one person in front of me....$13.50. I am not going to lie, I was bummed.
This was my 4th attempt to eat here, and I was lucky they were open and took my order. Was it worth the try...yes. Will I try again, maybe. Do I recommend?...sorry, there are a few other taco places that come to mind first. I do wish them the best, and I hope they pay attention to the people who are not here for a vacation.
No restroom. There is no place to wash hands. There was a bottle of Hand Sanitizer for customer use.

Probably THE best fish tacos I’ve ever had (I’ve been to Hawai’i three times and have had them on the mainland, yeah I know, not the same 😉). Classic food truck. Kind attendant but pretty apathetic. The food came out fresh and pretty quickly. The picnic tables are set back from the road but it’s the main strip through Kapa’a so the road is busy and noisy. A beach isn’t too far of a walk but it hosts a lot of homeless sorts. Might be best to get it and go.
