Great Vegan coffee shop on Kauai! Excellent coffee as they roast their own. Also some unique food choices such as carrot lox and cream cheese on a bagel all vegan! Be sure to check it out.
Such a great little coffee shop. If you’re in a big rush, stick with Starbucks. If you, however, want a phenomenal cup of joe, great vegan food with a number of gluten free options, a good atmosphere, and very friendly and entertaining service, then come to IMUA! There was only one barista on staff but he was keeping up with both the pace and the conversation! Highly recommend for a proper calm Kauai morning.
Everything was delicious- from the malasadas to the lattes. Even my whole-milk-only partner loved his Kokoholemoka. It’s refreshing to have a local, plant-based shop where I can have anything on the menu (I have a dairy allergy, so this usually is NOT my experience with other shops). SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
