Embarrassed to say after 8 months living on Kauai this is our first time trying Kenji Burger and it was SO GOOD! I got the Japanese sushi burrito and my husband got the Hapa Burger which he proclaimed is the best burger he’s ever had. The service was so nice and helpful especially with our questions since it was our first time ordering. We will definitely be back!!

Kenji Burger is a must-try when visiting the island! The burgers were really good — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors really stand out. If you're making a stop in Hawaii, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. You won’t regret it!

I ordered the Kenji Burger and theFurikake Fries. The burger was bland and not so juicy and the fries were cold. Not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe I went on a bad night. The staff were nice though.

The burger was good, but the sushi roll was not that good
Delicious burgers with amazing choices, and don’t forget the furikake fries, they’re a must. Everything came out fresh, hot, and flavorful, and it was exactly what you want from a great casual burger spot.
We dined in and Kathy took great care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent food and service, we’ll definitely be back.

Passing thru Kapa’a in Kauai and decided to try Kenji Burger (as seen in Diners Drive-Ins & Dives). Guy Fieri was spot on about their burgers with an Asian flavor profile! We tried the Kenji Burger as well as the Rainbow Roll paired with the Aloha Hop Lei IPA. Delish and definitely worth coming back to next time we’re on the island!

The food was expensive for what it was. The burger itself was way overcooked and to spend $45 on 2 burgers and 2 fries with tip was a bummer. We ate outside while staring at McDonalds across the street and I honestly would have rather spent half as much and eaten there if I wanted overcooked / small burgers.
