Kountry Kitchen was referred to us by our valet during our recent resort stay in Kauai. We went for breakfast the decor was charming “chickens of course” and very comfortable. The food was fresh and cooked to order. They are always busy but the food was served in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend stopping in for breakfast at least once.
The wait time was very fast, the hostess was very friendly. Lacy did such a great job serving us, fast efficient and very friendly. Warning pancakes are huge!! Loved the coconut syrup. We will be back! Loved the spot!
Mochi pancakes were delicious. Eggs were little greasy. The only thing was the way the pancakes were layered for presentation, only the top pancake got sauce on it and the other layers didnt get much. Since we couldnt finish them and noticed this when packing, we asked for sauce for the other pancakes since they were bare and it would have been an upcharge, which was disappointing.
