The manager said I ordered to Lihue because my total was $3.13. They lost my order. I definitely ordered it to Kapa’a and the address was shown on my receipt. They refused to remake the order and the manager was arguing with me and raising his voice. I have been to McDonalds in many many places and I have never had an experience like this. All I wanted were my breakfast sandwiches, which I never received. They used my points and wouldn’t refund my money. Will never come back. Guy should’ve gotten punched.

12/2025 This franchisee does a great job keeping up. The place is very clean. Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. The drive-thru line seems to be constantly busy. Been here twice in two days. They rock! 😉🤙✌️

I ordered chicken nuggets two different occasions and both time they never gave me my sauce second time I came I asked for the sauce and they said it should be in bag but wasn’t there….. trying to make me eat my nuggets with no sauce the disrespect
